  Great location for our event but lousy customer service. We woke up to 0 hot water-no communication from staff, no offer for credit or refund. Unacceptable.

  Booked a room online, when I get there they said they couldn’t give me the room because I was not 21. But still let me book it. They took my money and were denying to give me a refund.

  Harassed by a guest. When we complained at the front desk, they said, "yeah, he's been doing that a lot". They did nothing. It was very creepy being followed and harassed in the lobby, in the hallways etc. The front desk could have told him to stop harassing guests but chose not to. Wouldn't go back..

  We had the opportunity to stay here and unfortunately had a horrible experience. There was no heat, the blinds didn’t work, TV remotes were missing, and the room was filthy. On top of that, the key fobs barely worked to get in and out of doors, and when they did, the doors would stick. Only one elevator was working during our stay. Breakfast was terrible—containers were broken, lids wouldn’t open or close properly, and the food itself was unappetizing. We spoke with both staff and management, but the only response we received was that they would “let management know.” No resolution or sense of urgency at all. This was very disappointing, especially since we’ve stayed at this hotel brand in the past and never experienced anything close to this level of neglect. I would not recommend staying here. If you do, good luck.
