Their hotel had a pool (which I didn’t see at this holiday inn) but that isn’t what I went for. I wanted a comfortable room in down town at a great price.

The staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist—especially at check-in. The location is excellent, right in downtown Buffalo near many restaurants and attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and helped start each day off well. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable downtown stay.

The manager named BW has an attitude though and do anything possible to not deal with her. The breakfast as well as all the staff that works it is amazing. The only issue is that there is no parking and you have to find a spot on the street. It's my favorite place to stay downtown and absolutely recommend it

A week after our stay I realized I left my earrings in the hotel room. I called the hotel and they had them!!!! I just picked them up. Thank the stars for wonderful humans; these earrings are very special. I would recommend this hotel to everyone ☺️

The desk lamp didn't work, one of the light bulbs in the ceiling light was burnt out, the tub in the bathroom had peeling paint, the shower curtain had broken loops and the wall was peeling paint. They don't have parking but they show you to a parking garage but make you pay for it. They also charge you $3 for a small bottle of water.
