Total disappointment. Phones are broken, table is broken, bathroom is in shambles, tvs are crooked, no on site parking but you can PAY the garage half a mile away and walk. Tram is ridiculously loud outside the window and ultimately the price for this hotel should be a week long beach vacation. Maybe it was just our room… Stay at your own risk

BW on their staff is the ultimate when it comes to customer service. I had left an item in my room. BW located it, coordinated with the local UPS Store and got it shipped back to me quickly and for a fair price.
Holiday Inn Express Buffalo Downtown is blessed to have BW on their staff.

Went there last weekend for a Bills game. All my buddies paid lots more to stay a few blocks away. My room was lots bigger than theirs for far less. Their hotel had a pool (which I didn’t see at this holiday inn) but that isn’t what I went for. I wanted a comfortable room in down town at a great price.
