Phones are broken, table is broken, bathroom is in shambles, tvs are crooked, no on site parking but you can PAY the garage half a mile away and walk. Tram is ridiculously loud outside the window and ultimately the price for this hotel should be a week long beach vacation. Maybe it was just our room… Stay at your own risk

BW located it, coordinated with the local UPS Store and got it shipped back to me quickly and for a fair price. Holiday Inn Express Buffalo Downtown is blessed to have BW on their staff.

Their hotel had a pool (which I didn’t see at this holiday inn) but that isn’t what I went for. I wanted a comfortable room in down town at a great price.
