    The stay would have been a 5 star if the house keeping didn’t steal my AirPods . I stayed one night and drove home which was an hour and 30 mins and noticed on find my iPhone my AirPods where still at the hotel called them and drove back to look for them and I couldn’t find them so I drove all the way back home another hour and 30 mins . When I got home I noticed my AirPods moved locations to a house . I called the non emergency police line gave them the address and were able to confirm the person worked for the hotel in house keeping and able to get my AirPods back.

    So I'm torn on this one. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very nice and the location is great. It needs a couple things to bring it up a level. One- better pillows. I had to use 3 just to get some head support. It was not comfortable to sleep on. Two- the gym was under construction and was rough but they are apparently addressing it. Just taking awhile. Three- need a way to get the parking set up that doesn't involve going in and out to scan codes and enter license plates before you can drive next door to park. Overall not a bad spot, could be better with some minor upgrades and improvements.

    This is our third stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo downtown. We love it here. It feels like a 2nd home. The people that work here are so friendly from reservations to the front desk, the bartenders at the bar to the lovely women that help take care of the rooms. The views from the 14th floor, which we always request are outstanding. We will definitely be back again.

    I booked a stay with breakfast included through the official website, but I was charged an additional fee for breakfast in the final bill. During my stay, I even confirmed at the front desk that no extra breakfast charges would apply. Despite this, I have sent several emails regarding this matter, but I have not received any response at all.
