The gym and the pool are 5 stars too, pool is clean, and the gym has new equipment. Location is perfect. Taking 2 stars out of 5 due to aging furniture, no hot coffee offered after 10am, the hotel market corner was poorly stocked. And the killer: water pressure in the shower was too weak. I didn’t bother to complain at the front desk even though I was sure the staff would handle it because it was a quick stay and I didn’t want to bother waiting for technical assistance or changing rooms. Management is doing a poor job, the staff is saving the place from being a roadside hotel with a fancy brand.
