Saw at least a dozen different front desk folks during the stay and all were delightful to chat with. The entire property, room, atmosphere was a pleasure to experience. A sincere thank you across the board.

- ACAlina CatiaOct 24, 20251.0Durante mi estadia del 09 al 15 de octubre del 2025, sufrí un robo en mi habitación el día 10 de octubre durante la limpieza de la habitación, salí a una reunión y al volver NO encontré mi anillo de oro que deje en la mesa y encontré el cuarto ordenado, inmediatamente baje a comunicar lo sucedido a recepción y solo me dijeron que van a investigar y en 4 días me darían una respuesta, al final del 4to día la respuesta fue no hay, no vio el personal de limpieza -quien trabaja hace mucho tiempo y es muy responsable- es la respuesta que me dieron, y que lo lamentaban y que quizá lo botaron por descuido con el desayuno que deje en la mesa. Es la única respuesta que me dieron. Evalue la denuncia con la policía y dijeron que preguntarían lo mismo y dirían lo mismo y no habría ninguna solución, pues no vieron mi anillo. El cuarto en el que me encontraba fue el 323 al costado del ascensor. Una muy mala experiencia con relación a la seguridad, pésimo, los días siguientes no deje que ingresaran a mi habitación y mis compañeras también tomaron la misma actitud, ya que se pedían las cosas y no había ninguna confianza. El hotel simplemente no realizo nada para subsanar lo sucedido.
