He was rude, arrogant, condescending and immensely incompetent. Thankfully the rest of the staff at Hampton Inn & suites Buffalo was accommodating and helpful during my stay, because Miguel was very unprofessional, displeasing and vexing.

Hands down she made me feel at home. Felicia was the best at the desk as well was Marilyn. Very helpful ladies. I only gave it a 3 because I HAVE CALLED 2 times to ask about my Keurig that I left in my room and both times was told they will get back to me, and today is day 3 with no phone call back
