  Arrived at the hotel...had to find the front desk person and the valet driver. The valet person had a nonchalant attitude ...I paid a pretty penny to stay with Hilton..the staff weren't friendly AT ALL just ho hum attitude. No help with the bags we had to locate the cart ourselves. HILTON EMBASSY SUITES 200 DELAWARE AVENUE BUFFALO I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about my stay!...BET It won't happen again!

  Stayed at hotel to see a show at Sheas. Highly recommend! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Room was big, very clean and comfortable. Everyone from front desk to behind the scenes were very helpful! Breakfast was wonderful and fresh!

  I had booked a king suite with a pull out couch back in October for our upcoming late January hockey tournament. We got our schedule and realized we didn’t need to stay the first night so I called to cancel the first night but still keep the other 2 nights. The process was actually painful and nothing got accomplished. My teenage son was listening to the whole conversation and was even mind blown at how bad it was. The female that took my call literally messed up my name 3 times even though the first time I said it, I spelled my first and last name clearly. I gave her all of the information she asked for. She then told me she couldn’t guarantee me the room that I booked if I was canceling a day (literally doesn’t make any sense, I wasn’t adding a day). She then said the king room would not have a pullout couch. I am traveling myself with 3 children. We can’t all fit in a king bed. She continued to argue with me and was actually telling me I was wrong (super professional) when I was looking at the reservation in my email as I was speaking to her. After 20 minutes she said she couldn’t cancel our first night due to me not having the confirmation number even though she said she could clearly see the reservation and had me confirm all of my information. She told me I needed to call back with the confirmation number to get it canceled. When you travel with hockey teams our rooms are booked via an outside company. I didn’t have a Hilton confirmation number at all and it wasn’t showing on my Hilton Honors account either. I wasted 20 minutes and got absolutely nothing accomplished and was argued with unnecessarily. I ended up booking at the Marriott at Lecom Harbor instead and completely canceled my reservation at Embassy Suites. When I called back to fully cancel I spoke with a man this time and he made it rather easy to cancel. I asked if I would be getting a email confirming that my reservation had been canceled. He said yes, in a few minutes. It’s been 14 hours and still no email. It’s just upsetting how bad this whole situation was. I was looking forward to staying at the Embassy Suites in Buffalo as I literally just stayed at the one in South Bend, Indiana-Notre Dame this weekend and had a great stay.
