We visited only for a night but, valet's were friendly, and willing to give us information for navigating the area. We booked a king bed room, and the room was clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and I experienced a good night's rest. We did have dinner in the restaurant, the food was delicious. Don't forget to check out the breakfast spread and the made to order omelettes. All in all I would come back again if and when we come to another show in Buffalo. I almost wish we made it a longer trip we enjoyed our stay.

The customer service was great! Rooms were a little out dated and 3.5 out 5 in cleanliness, but I know they were remodeling.

Although the facility is great and clean service and Customer Care are one of the lowest I have ever seen in over 200 nights staying at Hilton’s hotels around the country, not only they’re not professional, and do not explain everything when you check in when you reach out with a problem that they are responsible for from the beginning they don’t own up to it and the only thing you get is sorry our receptionist did a mistake even when you reach out to the manager “Tasha” guess what nothing is solved so I’ll be careful before Booking here and that’s sadly said, cause I always always vouched for Hilton specifically embassy suites whenever I find it but I don’t think that’s gonna happen anymore

Steve allen and. Willie Pringle stayed here 10/10/25 last Friday night and I cannot believe this hotel calls itself an embassy suites! Nasty rooms, mold, and dirty carpet! I need someone to contact me from the hotel immediate before I post these pictures I took of the filth! This is not acceptable!!!!

Very nice lobby, friendly and helpful staff. 3rd floor hallway carpet is stained and torn. Very worn looking 3rd floor hallway. Definitely needs updating. Beds uncomfortable, pillows pathetically flat. 3 pillows on bed for 2 people. One very small pillow for pull out couch. One towel hook in bathroom 10 feet away from shower across slippery tile. No towel bars or hooks near shower. Room itself was ok, worn looking. Needs updating. Love Embassy Suites, but this one does not live up to the standard I have always experienced with the brand. Very disappointed.
