They gave me a room with an ozone generator blowing powerfully. I turned it off and opened windows and got tightness in chest and pain. I’m in my early 20s and only spent a few seconds there before I had to go outside. I had to sit outside for 30 minutes before attempting to go back in, to which they had removed the ozone generator and i think they closed the windows too. unacceptable, an elderly would have been sent straight to the hospital. this happened months ago but i’m writing review now.

I must mention that when we got there they sent us to a room that hadn't been cleaned yet.
We ended up in a more spacious room so I guess it worked to our advantage! There was an awesome shower in the bathroom though it seems the seal might need some work. The floor was soaked when I got out.
The mirror had some digital features like warmer/cooler lighting with an on(in?) mirror button.
Air/ heat was hard to figure out.
Breakfast set up was nice. Food was a little cold and the eggs were kinda of watery? Maybe condensation or something. They had a full set up of eggs, bacon, sausage, seasoned potatoes, waffles, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, fixings and coffee machines.
People upstairs were noisy. But that's not the hotels fault. It seemed like they were racing back and forth.
Also there was no info on how to use the TV. The volume was set low and couldn't figure out how to put on captions.
Overall we would stay again.

Used a card to pay for the hotel. Used another card for the $100 deposit. They charged both cards. Found out while I was out at a Bills football game. I didn't have as much money as I thought. One guy at front desk was kinda helpful the other needed to walk away lol. Corporate was no help at all. They can leave notes around telling everyone to be quiet after 9pm. Should do more, even a note to have customers use the same card so you don't get double charged. Since they knew this is an issue but that must be to hard for them. Will never stay or recommend you stay at a bestwesten hotel again. Lol

I’m so impressed by this inexpensive hotel!
It is clean and fresh and I don’t care about the room size when I’m here for a night. It has everything I need. Nice blackout curtains, good lighting. Fresh fruit offerings at the Lobby. I was so eager to tell you about this gem of a hotel, I haven’t even tried the brekkie tomorrow although I may not as the Cracker Barrel merely steps away, and now that they’ve kept the logo, I’ll be most likely heading there!
I’ll definitely stay here again. Thumbs up!

Friendly staff. Corner suite was large. Beds were comfy. Close to airport. Area appeared to be safe. Breakfast in the morning was as expected. Bathroom was small and lacked counter space. Overall great value and met expectations.
