  While the staff are friendly we've had nothing but problems with our stay. First, TV remote doesn't work. Fine, minor problem, replaced at the front desk. Then the shower won't turn on - as in, the handle won't move. Their solution was to have us shower in a room across the hall b/c there was no one there to fix it. While we were out they did find someone to fix it. Then we cam back after a day out of the room and the TV isn't working - pixelated green lines across the entire screen. This place has serious maintenance issues. In addition to an apology we should have been refunded at least one night of our stay, but no one offered. I don't think my expectations are out of line for an allegedly "three star" hotel. Won't be staying here again.

  Could have a 5, but the suite needs a microwave. And I would appreciate a door for the bedroom because when someone goes to the bathroom, faced to the room, everyone wakes up whether you want it or not.

  We had to stop over for a quick stay because of weather and were very surprised at this location. It was very clean and the the night and early morning staff were fantastic. We didn't use much of the property but can't complain with the experience and for an economy stay the room was perfect. If back in the Buffalo area is look to stay here again.

  Stunk of weed, arguments in the hallway complained to the staff and they said they could not move me even though it was early. Just wanted some sleep after looking after a sick parent. Do better!! Gang fights in the hallway for 3 hours finally police department came felt like I was hostage in my room until midnight. Never again!!

  This location is very clean and affordable The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable Breakfast was hot and fresh The room is cozy and comfy Nicely located near many restaurants and shopping centers I recommend it to anyone ! Artrvia the house keeper supervisor was went above and beyond the call of duty! I was walking with a walker discharged from the hospital She helped me so much with breakfast to getting to my room safely She came back the next day and checked on me cleaned my room and restocked all my linens. My second day she called the room in the morning to ensure I made it to breakfast. Shane the front desk clerk was beyond helpful Letting my VNA nurses in and kids to taking my bags to and from my room as well as helping me to my door The staff here is like Ohana ! Nobody gets left behind 🙏
