- BMBrandon Myers2 days ago2.0This is not the same hotel I recall from there years ago it’s fallen into disrepair and customer service is lacking. If you’re worried about pricing this is a good option for you but there are better options in the area.
- VDVicky Dejesus5 days ago1.0The room was kinda small and outdated. The tv channels were awful but the bathroom was kinda nice. The WiFi was terrible and pool was cloudy. The only great thing about this place was the location.

Both front desk agents were just keeping their heads down at check in, did not even look or acknowledge me; I waited for a few minutes, one of them finally waved his hand to signal me, no greeting, no smile, no eye contact; very cold and unwelcoming. when I tell him that I'm a light sleeper and would like a quiet room, he just told me “It’s should be quiet enough". then I found out the room 812 is right around the elevator with ice machine, next to the electronical room along with the "data room". but we were in a rush to go out, so just had to deal with it. The room was dark, one side of the lights did not work; we also only had two bath towels and 1 wash cloth. I called for towels the next day around 8:20 am, and called 2 more times around 9:15 and 10 o'clock to follow up, the front desk keeps telling me they will be send up shortly. but never get the towels! Very unprofessional, unattentively and dismissive staffs. Worst experience with Holiday Inn ever!
