  Charisma’s level of hospitality during my stay was impeccable! Before I even arrived to the hotel, Charisma was already helping me with my stay. I needed a room change at a very short notice and Charisma was able to seamlessly help me do that. When I arrived at the hotel, Charisma and the rest of the staff were very friendly and the check-in process was a breeze. During the last night of my stay, in the wee hours of the morning, I had an issue with my key card, and once again, Charisma came to the rescue. She prepared me a new key card and even sent a member of the maintenance personnel up to my room with me to make sure that their wasn’t an issue with the battery in the door. I’m very pleased to have met Charisma, and thanks to her, I had a very nice stay at the Even hotel!

  This hotel is great for a weekend stay! Whether you’re in town for an event or otherwise, it is conveniently located, no shortage of dining spots in the area, and an easy 10 minute walk to Barclays Center! Super clean, helpful and friendly staff, and great prices. You can’t go wrong! If you drive in, there is a public parking option a couple steps away from Even ($40 for overnight) which was fantastic. Yes, Even!

  Hôtel très bien situé et relativement calme. Mention spéciale pour le ménage qui était incapable et surtout à Sangay qui est une femme adorable et qui a rendu notre séjour merveilleux. Le seul point négatif est pour l’ascenseur qui ne fonctionnait pas tout le temps.

  We just wrapped up a week long stay at the Even hotel and by the end of our stay it really did start to feel like home. The location of the hotel makes it great for exploring Brooklyn or hopping over to Manhattan. All our interactions with the staff were positive. We especially appreciate the effort Rogel put into fixing a complication we had with our first night’s stay. We’d love to stay here again!

  We used this hotel for our wedding guests and their team was great, especially with the various needs we had as a small DIY wedding party. Rooms are chic and comfortable, beds are firm, and the location can’t be beat. All our wedding weekend activities were walkable or at most a one-train ride from the hotel. The rates are also extremely fair. A couple of things to be aware of when considering this hotel for a wedding block: 1) The rooms vary quite a bit in size and amenities, even within the same rate category. This can also be a good thing—one of our guests ended up with a rooftop patio where we were able to do a photo shoot. 2) Communication with the sales team regarding your room block can take several days if something comes up. In the end it all worked out, but I can imagine this being challenging for a more anxious bride. Finally: One of the elevators was out of order during our stay. It wasn’t actually that big a deal, just a reason to allow a few extra minutes to get downstairs (we were on the 10th-14th floors and in wedding attire so stairs were not practical). However, since this service issue appears to have been going on for weeks or possibly months and I am sure it’s driving the staff crazy, I am factoring this into the “service” rating in hopes the building manager sorts it out soon.
