The front desk and manager are EXTREMELY unprofessional. 20 minutes into my stay, I was called by front desk to switch my room due to “maintenance”. I requested a refund on the phone because I felt uncomfortable and was told I was eligible. Upon going to the front to speak about the matter I was met with the manager whom told me I had to switch due to “painting” then due to a “fire inspection” then said he could not disclose due to confidential reasoning. Completely refused to refund us or give any hotel credit. Slammed the door and exited the room. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. Disgusting behavior and customer service.

The toilet didn’t even have enough water pressure to flush. Not even basic toiletries, such as hand soap. This place is 2 stars at best.
