    ⭐️ DO NOT STAY HERE ⭐️ This place is not run properly anymore. • No elevators for elderly guests (my grandparents are almost 80) • Key scanner failed and locked them out of their room • All belongings + MEDICATION locked inside • My grandmother missed taking her medicine and couldn’t get ready for her doctor’s appointment — the entire reason she stays here • Management promised a day & a half credit → never given • Promised a better room → never happened • Put them back in the same broken room • Room smelled like mold • Broken closet doors that wouldn’t close We had to urgently find another hotel near 86th St & 7th Ave because of how poorly they were treated. They used to stay here often. Never again. This hotel is unsafe for elderly guests and anyone traveling for medical care. Do better. #BadHotel #BrooklynHotels #ElderlyCareMatters #MedicalTravel #DoBetter #BestWestern #TravelWarning

    ABSOLUTELY FILTHY!!!! the hallways were disgusting, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. the room was horrendous. musty smell, stains on sheets and towels, hair in the sheets and on the bathroom sink. greasy handprints on the headboard, dust on every surface, and dirty carpet. THIS PLACE IS A HEALTH HAZARD.

    Location is fantastic—Bay Ridge neighborhood, steps from 86th St subway (R train straight to Manhattan), tons of restaurants/shops nearby, and close to attractions like Coney Island or the ferry. Great base for NYC without Midtown prices/chaos. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, good AC, and daily housekeeping. Spacious for the area, with nice amenities like coffee maker and TV. Service was solid—friendly front desk (shoutout to the warm check-in), helpful staff overall. Free breakfast buffet was a highlight—plentiful options, kept fresh. Solid value and would definitely return! 4 stars.

    The rooms are ok, not the cleanest. My issue is with the breakfast. I kept smelling a weird chemical smell as in a rubbing alcohol smell and noticed it was coming from there breakfast plates. The smell is so strong it made me sick. Please get different plates the smell is strong
