The location is the only positive thing about this hotel. They do not clean the rooms daily. My family stayed here for the marathon in two rooms and both checked out a day early. The room was not clean, the bed was not made, and they didn't get replacement of towels. Not a good experience. Only positive is the location

When coming to Brooklyn it’s best to avoid this Best Western property. Let’s get this out of the way first: BW prides itself on the fact that they recognize their ELITE members, I’m a Platinum member; not even a peep from the front desk personnel. Sad, very sad. A little retraining would go a long way to better customer service..
The tissue box in the bathroom had a measly 3 tissues in it. Where was housekeeping?
And how about coffee makers in the room. I bet guests would like to make their first cup when they wake up. They were nonexistent unlike other BW hotels.
And adding insult to injury, the hair dryer didn’t work.
Hey, this is NYC. I expected more from this property.
Will I bypass BW when I return to Brooklyn, no just this property. There’s two more at one’s disposal- in Coney Island and in Bensonhurst. I have to remind myself that most locations are independently owned and franchised.
I’m still waiting for them to email me my Folio.

Very nice place to stay it , great stuff, helpful, great value & the location is great too which is near to the trian station to go where ever you want in NYC

Nous étions déçus pensant que cet hôtel allait refléter tous les autres Best Western que nous avions fait. Un vrai cauchemar point de vue hygiène et trop loin de tous les points d'intérêts qu'il y'a à faire à New-York . Les agents d'accueil n'ont pas réagi quand on leur a dit que la literie puait et que la femme de ménage avant échangé nos produits d'hygiène contre des vides! Nous avions immédiatement compris que l'ordre venait d'eux ! Fuyez cet endroit de cauchemar!!!
