Shortly after my two daughters got into bed, they saw a bug, looked like a larvae, on the sheets near the pillow. I spoke to the manager of the hotel who said that it must’ve come from our clothing or suitcase, which is outrageous! He wouldn’t provide a refund and said that their policy didn’t allow for it. It was such a traumatic experience for my kids! DO NOT STAY HERE!

My family stayed here for the marathon in two rooms and both checked out a day early. The room was not clean, the bed was not made, and they didn't get replacement of towels. Not a good experience. Only positive is the location

Let’s get this out of the way first: BW prides itself on the fact that they recognize their ELITE members, I’m a Platinum member; not even a peep from the front desk personnel. Sad, very sad. A little retraining would go a long way to better customer service.. The tissue box in the bathroom had a measly 3 tissues in it. Where was housekeeping? And how about coffee makers in the room. I bet guests would like to make their first cup when they wake up. They were nonexistent unlike other BW hotels. And adding insult to injury, the hair dryer didn’t work. Hey, this is NYC. I expected more from this property. Will I bypass BW when I return to Brooklyn, no just this property. There’s two more at one’s disposal- in Coney Island and in Bensonhurst. I have to remind myself that most locations are independently owned and franchised. I’m still waiting for them to email me my Folio.
