  I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and its staff. My family and I stayed here while I was working on a movie being produced. The rooms were clean and cozy. The breakfast was fresh and had a great variety and finally the staff was exceptional. I also had zero issue with parking in the lot. Thank you, we will be back! A+

  My stay at the Best Western Coney Island was anything but restful. While the room was fine and the services were adequate, I was appalled at the treatment of a domestic violence victim on the premises. A few rooms down from mine, a man and women were loudly fighting for two hours. There was a child younger than two with them. It escalated to the point where the mother was screaming for the man to remove himself from the room. She claimed that he put his hands on her. After hearing this and the child scream-crying, I called the front desk. Instead of immediately calling the police, they instead went upstairs and told the man that they didn't want to remove him from the premises as he was their "guest" and to be quiet. There was no asking if the mother was okay and there were no measures in place to ensure the safety of the child. It was clear they did not want to deal with police presence. The fight continued and I called the police who never made it up to the fourth floor. After calling the police department back, they informed me that the hotel managers told them that all was reconciled. This was simply not true. After another thirty minutes of fighting the man left the woman and child who were in tears. I truly hope that they are okay. If you value your safety and comfort, please look elsewhere for accomodation.

  I had a lovely stay at the Best Western Brooklyn-Coney Island Inn. The rooms were quite comfortable and well-maintained, providing a nice retreat after a busy day. I particularly liked the spacious layout and the amenities offered. The service was outstanding! The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. One downside was the location; while it was conveniently located for some attractions, it felt a bit distant from the main areas I wanted to explore. That said, the hotel itself made for a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this inn for its excellent service and cozy rooms!

  Very bad experience. I called ahead and asked if I could reserve a room. The girl on the phone told me they do not allow reservations and said I must come in person to book. I drove there right away, but when I arrived, the same girl told me there were no rooms availa

  Pas loin du métro mais dans une zone de casses-auto, loin de faire rêver. Pour le tarif, avec un petit déjeuner très correct, cela était quand même pour nous une bonne option tant tout ce qu’on pouvait trouver d’autre à cette date était démesurément cher…
