  The staff was super friendly and very helpful with any questions or needs that I had. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location. Definitely recommend!

  We had a reservation at this hotel to celebrate my 30th birthday. We noted that we were going to arrive late, but the computer system was down by the time we arrived and hotel staff could not check us in. We sat in the hotel lobby for hours in the middle of the night and ultimately had to book another hotel at the last minute. We were told that the system is down often. I would not recommend staying here if you might arrive late or have any complications in your schedule. More importantly, despite not being able to honor our reservation, the manager did not offer any compensation or solutions to us. I was beyond disappointed that this hotel was not reliable and I spent the night of my 30th birthday on a hotel bench.

  I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again. The staff were both friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were very clean with the bed being very comfortable.

  L’hôtel est vraiment agréable : chambres modernes, confortables et très bien équipées, avec une literie excellente. L’accueil est top, le personnel est arrangeant et propose de garder les bagages, ce qui est très pratique. Le petit déjeuné est inclus tous les jours et est varié. On s’y sent globalement bien accueilli. Les points négatif : lors de notre séjour, une femme a frappé à notre porte en demandant d’ouvrir la porte a 2 h du matin, Elle a insisté et a menacé d’enfoncer la porte, puis notre chambre a reçu un appel de l’accueil pour nous dire que cette personne voulait nous voir ? La situation nous a mis mal à l’aise et ma partenaire a fait une crise d’angoisse. Cela ne remet pas en cause la qualité de l’hôtel, mais cela montre qu’il faut faire attention même dans l’hôtel car je n’ai aucune idée des intentions de cette personnes essayant de rentrer dans notre chambre a 2 h du matin. En résumé : un hôtel très confortable avec un service de qualité. À recommander, en gardant en tête qu’à New York, il peut toujours y avoir des imprévus extérieurs.
