  I can’t say enough good things about this hotel and wonderful staff. My husband and I are native Brooklynites, me Bay Ridge and him Dyker Heights. We relocated to CNY four years ago and of course need to return every so often. This was our first stay with Avid and what a wonderful addition to the area. Up until now the accommodations in the area were beyond limited to nonexistent. The staff beyond friendly and helpful, rooms immaculate and we were able to get a parking spot in their garage which let us breathe a sigh of relief. We will stay here whenever we return. Really, cannot recommend enough! This will be our new Brooklyn home away from home!

  Hotel jest czysty i dobrze skomunikowany z Manhattanem, ale polityka rezerwacji i opłat jest niejasna i niezrozumiała, zwłaszcza dla Europejczyków. Hotel nie odpowiada też na wiadomości e-mail.

  They are scammers. I booked for one day, yet I was charged for two. This constitutes theft, and I will take the necessary legal action. Naji You are lying and know nothing at all. I returned at 2:00, only to find my bag outside the room—even though he had claimed it was reserved. If what you are saying is true, why did you take out our belongings?

  Walls are paper thin, people next door were playing music at 2 am, laughing and yelling. Overall the hotel was okay, but the experience was terrible. Staff clearly don’t care to make sure people are quiet in the respect of other people.

  I travel to NY often for work and have to stay in many different parts of the city. This time I was working in central/south Brooklyn so I tried this place. The area has limited quality hotels so this was a bit out of the way but It's nice, modern and clean. They have a good fitness room but the best is the 24 hour coffee and fresh water that is available.
