    We had a great stay, the staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

    I check in these people was talking about my card declined when I seen on my bank statement they took the money from my account. And then I wanted to do early check in 20 dollars a hour but prior call they said one flat rate of 40 . Horrible then they was trying to charge my account 4 times and I requested my money back got it bsck immediately and they had the audacity do I want to still check in after all the B.S hell no. Left I wouldn't advise no one to STAY HERE RUN AWAY QUICKLY.

    Extremely disappointing experience at the GLO Best Western Bronx NYC in . I checked out early and personally handed my room key directly to management while clearly telling them that I was leaving and checking out. Later, I was told that I “just gave them the key,” which is completely false. The front desk clerk then told me that I needed to request a refund, for the remaining night. According to standard business practice, the hotel should process the refund and provide the guest with a receipt. Instead of resolving the situation, the staff denied what happened and refused to take responsibility. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should not have to argue with staff to receive a refund after properly checking out. Based on my experience, this facility seriously needs to review its management practices and customer service. Travelers deserve honesty, professionalism, and accountability—not to feel like their money is being taken without proper service. I would strongly caution others to be very careful when staying here.

    I stayed here once before and it was "fine"—the neighborhood is intimidating at night and housekeeping is hit-or-miss, but I could manage. Coming back a second time was a massive mistake. The drop in quality is shocking. We have three people squeezed into a tiny room that I wouldn’t say is completely uninhabitable, but extremely uncomfortable. The room on the second floor definitely had more space. I discovered mid-shower that there is no hot water, and when I called the front desk, they were dismissive and unhelpful. The property is clearly aware of these issues. I actually witnessed a disgruntled handyman in the lobby complaining that he would only finish the repairs if they paid him more to stay. Meanwhile, I’ve been stuck for two days in a room where the temperature hovers at 90 degrees, which has been causing me nosebleeds. To make matters worse, the elevator is filthy and multiple rooms around mine have taped-off doors due to ongoing construction. Between the medical risk of the heat and the lack of basic utilities, I can’t recommend this place. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually has functioning plumbing and climate control.

    I had a positive 4-star experience here overall. The rooms were a major highlight, earning a solid 4-star rating for their comfort and quality. While the service met a standard 3-star expectation, the location was a bit further out than I preferred. However, the high quality of the room itself made the stay worthwhile.
