  The front staff was wonderful and the breakfast is always delicious. The room was beautiful and the bed was so soft. Me and my man didn't even feel each other move out of the bed

  Ich war Mitte Dezember, mit meiner Partnerin 6 Tage, in diesem Hotel. Beim einchecken sollte ich 800$ über meine Kreditkarte Kaution zahlen, diese würde, laut Aussage Mitarbeiter, nach Checkout zurückgebucht. Mittlerweile sind über 2 Monate vergangen und die Kaution ist immer noch nicht zurück, auf E-Mails antwortet das Hotel nicht. Nächster Weg ist dann wohl der Anwalt.

  My heater was blowing cool are, and I was waking up to my room being 60 degrees in the middle of a brutal NYC winter. I complained for 3 days, the staff kept saying nothing was wrong with my thermostat. One day I woke up the thermostat read 52 degrees and I hardly wanted to get out of the comfort of the blankets in bed. I asked someone from the front desk to come feel my room as proof. She went to my window (which I hadn’t went near since I arrived) and it was opened because the cleaning lady forgot to close it after “airing it out.” Why would someone need to air a room out in 10 degree weather I have no clue. Finally someone actually fixed my thermostat and I was able to have a warm nights sleep. The next problem that arose was someone smoking cigarettes on my floor. It was so bad it would seep through the vents and my entire room would smell of cigarettes. I complained daily to the front desk about this. In all, I do not recommend.

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. I stayed there for my birthday in October and the service I got was horrible. The room was funky and there were long worms coming up from the bowl when you flush the toilet. The toilet paper holder was broken so the tissue kept falling on the floor constantly. The thick Caucasian lady that works at the front desk on day shift had an attitude like I was getting a free stay and should not have any complaints while spending my money. The breakfast gave me diarrhea because it was not prepared properly. I have stayed at other IHG properties but this by far was the worst. The second room they put me in when they finally felt like doing it had water coming from the bowl after flushing. Please do not waste your money to go here, it is not worth it. They wifi wasn't even working for me to use the TV because they said it was down for a while.
