Honest review of my trip Front desk staff does not care about their jobs and are rude especially when i asked for assistance with changing my room and was given the run around. bright side of this hotel is that its right across the street from the hospital in case i choke on all the dust and debris that was in my room like literally there were crumbs on my bed. Apparently they were too booked to give me a different room despite the fact my entire trip i only saw 1 other person in the hotel. The Wifi doesnt work at all and their cable only has 5 channels so that was fun. 😒 Breakfast terrible and was cooked inside of a closet….Sausage had no color and looked microwaved. The bacon was no better and it was shredded up like they were rationing it Pancake machine was out of order so choices for breakfast were limited. Muffins were made of concrete like literally i could use one as a weapon. Finally after a long day i come back to the hotel and the fire alarm is going off. Everyones in the lobby for 30 mins. And the front desk staff is just shrugging saying they dont know what to do. Its safe to say at that point i packed my stuff and just found a different hotel. Moral of this story is all those positive reviews were lies. This hotel is terrible better off spending money elsewhere like i did.

The hotel was okay. The rooms are small which is okay if you are looking for an intimate setting. The room wasn’t dirty but you can tell that it was not clean fully and they did just enough to make it presentable. The breakfast was mid and the pancake machine was not working however the lady did fix it for me. The staff was pleasant and friendly at times but in a New Yorker way. If you’re from the Midwest it won’t feel inviting at times. I think the hotels is one of those situations were you get what you pay for. Parking is difficult but it was not impossible. We were able to find close parking every night. The neighborhood had a lot of culture. I recommend M&G for breakfast and Healthy Food Deli for Your Nearby Deli Experience. I would recommend for individuals who just want an affordable place to lay their head. Oh yeah it’s across from an hospital so if you are a light sleeper I don’t recommend.

I also want to thank the staff for being so wonderful to me, Yaya, Jeffrey, Annie, for being so real and such good people with big hearts, and the rest of the staff as well. You guys are AWESOME, you've been so good to me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. The hotel is awesome it has everything you need and everything you desire, it has a gym, on the first floor, a laundry room on the 8th floor. Very reasonable price for the washer and dryer. Breakfast every morning, from cereal to pancakes to scrambled eggs bacon turkey sausage, coffee, OJ, etc...from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. 7:00 to 10 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Everything is very clean, pleasant, comfortable, safe, quiet, you don't have to worry about anything. They will accommodate you.. if I can give 10 stars on a daily basis, I will.
