- SCSaeed CoatesDec 28, 20255.0Convenient location relative to Manhattan (2 train directly into Times Square or a short car drive across the River). The hotel is new (I believe that they opened in June 2025). Great service overall. I would definitely book here again.

- JSJanelle SaladinNov 29, 20252.0Beware manager yells at customers. Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I had no issues for 9 of those days. On the 10th, the manager had an issue with parking and called his employee out to stop us. The manager, Harry Shackler screamed at my family about the parking. He spoke in a rude tone and told us that his employees parking was more important than the guests. He refused to lower his voice and told us that any parking tickets we got due to us parking in the street was not his or the hotels problem. Honestly one of the worse Hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

- JRJuan RodriquezOct 24, 20255.0My placed burned and we were temporarily placed there in the glo. My experience was excellent under the circumstances. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. Staff was always nice and respectful and helpful no matter the shift. The room was very clean and room came with all your needs. Breakfast was good and they have a workout room and printer if you need it. Overall I say its worth it especially if you have to stay in the Bronx for something 5 out of 5
