Breakfast was great, everything was super clean and there were nice little touches to spoil guests all day including mini marshmallows for hot chocolate. We never sleep well in hotels but something about the beds and room had all 5 of us sleeping great.

Whether it was being charged for a no show fee (when we did in fact show up when the general manager was the one who checked us in), or being charged double the hotel stay. Someone else was then checked into our room. We returned late one of the evenings and were locked out of our room. We were informed that our reservations were not in the system. (Due to the general manager not actually checking us in on the first night we arrived.) The general manager seems to never work when we try to call to speak with her to resolve this issue. This all put a very poor taste in my mouth. We try to stay here every year for a weekend but we will no longer be returning back to this hotel.
