    EDIT: See Response Below from Management.1) I am not Greta-that's my sister- who was also screwed out of a room! 2) Kim lied and said people were notified. WE WERE NEVER NOTIFIED. I Have phone records to prove it! If I could rate this "hotel" zero stars I would. We booked a room on 1/6 under a wedding block for the night of 1/31. When we arrived on Saturday 1/31 at 1:45 (early for 3pm check in but just to see if rooms were ready) we were told the hotel overbooked for the night and we had no rooms. No room. Nothing. After getting a confirmation 4 weeks prior, under A WEDDING BLOCK. We traveled from as far as Hoboken, NJ for a this wedding. There was no communication prior to our arrival and very little customer service response except "sorry, we can probably get you into a room 25 minutes away". Mind you we were on a crunch to get to the ceremony as is. Plus, there was a shuttle service from this hotel to the venue. None of that would be available to us 25 minutes away. The Manager was non existent and is still avoiding me like the plague this Monday morning after. DO NOT STAY HERE. Awful. It's under construction and looks like it will not be completed anytime soon. They told a representative from Hilton Honors that "this frequently happens and they just take the fall". What a trash business model. They also own the nearby Best Western. Buyer beware.

    Booked two months in advance... Told us they were overbooked when we arrived. No room, No phonecall ahead of time. Garbage. Stay away. Currently getting changed in the lobby bathroom so I'm not late for a wedding.

    Stayed here this weekend. It was great, was ready to switch to use it permanently. After hearing about how Hilton is treating Federal agents and ICE, hell no. The whole leadership of Hilton that allowed this needs to be fired. Updating review now that the franchise responsible has been removed from Hilton.
