  I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Binghamton, and I can confidently say that the guest service truly made my visit exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience. A special thank-you to Andy, who stood out for his professionalism, friendliness, and genuine willingness to help. Whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile, Andy made a lasting impression and set the tone for excellent hospitality. The rest of the staff members were equally attentive and courteous. Every interaction felt personal and sincere, and it was clear that the team takes great pride in making guests feel comfortable and valued. Requests were handled promptly, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and well-managed. It’s not just the amenities that make a stay memorable—it’s the people. Thanks to Andy and the entire team, my experience here exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Binghamton area and look forward to returning in the future.

  Andy made my entire stay exceptional! From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect, always anticipating my needs and accommodating them with ease. His customer service was truly top-notch—professional, attentive, and kind. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to making guests feel comfortable and valued.   As an IHG member I have stayed at many branch hotels, and I have to say this one had the best service. I had some difficulties in the room and Kyneshia was very supportive in fixing the problems. She offered excellent guidance to eateries in the area and in general, was just superb with her customer service skills. Looking forward to staying here again!

  The rooms were ok, a little dated with the carpets but spacious which was a bonus. The air con wasn’t really working so we found the room too hot. What made the stay extra special was Kyneshia at front desk - wow! Her service and attention to detail was exemplary. Always smiling, up for a chat and constantly asked if we needed anything during our stay. I would stay at this location again just because of her - thanks Kyneshia!

  My husband and I came out to watch the High School Finals. From the time we arrived and through out our stay I met the most sweetest helpful girls I have ever met at a Hotel. Kyneshia and Bella this Hotel are very lucky to have you at there front desk!!! Thank you for everything you helped us with. Very sweet and always with a smile!!
