  I stayed at the Holiday Inn on Hawely Street in Binghamton New York on March 12 for a seminar. It was a pleasurable experience the room was clean and well maintained . The staff was moe than helpful Kyneshia at the front desk answered and took care of all my questions all staff was more than helpful and you were greeted with a hello ans how are you.

  I had to make an unexpected trip "home" recently and stayed at the Holiday Inn downtown. The staff there was amazing! When we arrived Kyneshia went above and beyond to get us into our room as soon as possible so I could freshen up after a long drive. Her friendly smile and compassion was a ray of sunshine on an otherwise gloomy visit. Thank you to Kyneshia and her coworkers for being accommodating and providing some great recommendations while we were there.

  The front desk claimed they didn’t have our reservation and did absolutely nothing to accommodate us. No one stepped up to take accountability or help us out. Would never try booking here again.

  1/30/26- As IHG Diamond members, we’ve stayed at many hotels. This was by far the nicest. I was upgraded to a suite which was clean and very spacious. The hotel manager, Michael, saw me struggling with my bags and rode the elevator with me and brought them to my room. Had dinner at the restaurant bar, which was also very nice. Bartender was courteous and attentive. Overall, wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

  Omgosh where do I start! The young lad when we checked in was very professional and polite. We were gifted a little welcome bag that meant the world when you have been on the road for 11 hours. The bag only contained two water bottles and a small bag of chips and a dog bone for our pup. The gesture was very welcomed for us tired folks. My husband went down to get breakfast for us as we just wanted to eat in our room they packages every thing up so wonderfully. The floor we were on was lovely and quiet and just wonderful. The bathroom floor unfortunately had something sticky on it and that made us a little uncomfortable but with everything else we let it slide. Then at checkout we were blessed to meet Kyneshia who had the best most warm smile and she asked us if our stay was okay and then I shared with her the horrible experience we had at the Holiday in in rocky Mount and told her how it was day and night. She said she was happy they could give us the experience we had. It was the best stay at any hotel on our journey of a month in hotels.
