  Extremely disappointed to find the hot tub is no longer in use, the service was awful! I have never met people who hate their job more than the ladies who were working the front desk during our stay! Arrive to no soap in the bathrooms and they make a huge deal about giving that to me, god forbid you have to ask for towels for the pool area, bad talking to someone on the phone about people coming into breakfast 15 minutes before closing time and the pool which hours are listed as 9am the door was still locked at 9:40am. When asked to unlock the pool area “I have been too busy.” Well I’m sorry but it’s your job! We had 3 rooms….and we will not be returning!!

  Skips this place. Went to their web site just says "No Rooms Available", web site is broken, date field is broken/empty, can't select dates. Tried Chrome and Edge. Complete failure.

  Moldy unsanitary hotel with extremely rude staff and MULTIPLE RESIDENTS AND LARGE DOGS WANDING THE HOTEL IN SPORTS BRAS AND SPANDEX SHORTS WHILE THEIR PITBULL MIX DOG BARKS AT GUESTS!! The lady at the desk on 2-10 shift was very rude when things were brought to her attention like the fact that we had no shampoo, no hand soap, a half roll of toilet paper and bath mats that you’re supposed to use as bath towels. I’m assuming she felt annoyed that she had to actually do her job instead of hanging out in the “residents” rooms or hanging out in the cafeteria room with them to watch TV and drink coffee by the dusty fireplace. The worst part was the dust from furnace causing sinus congestion at night and the heavy chlorine in the pool area due to no working ventilation. This lack of ventilation caused mold to grow all around the pool area! Pictures are attached for proof. We also found the furnace area wide open and the filter was caked with dust to the point where the air quality would be severely compromised. This place needs shut down by the local code enforcement and the staff needs a refresh. You should also tell guests in the future that you also house “residents” and animals so they can decide if they want to stay in a hotel or a halfway house.

  Would not recommend staying here. We were treated very poorly by staff - one staff member in particular. Some of the “long-term guests” acted as if they were staff members and thought they could tell us what we could and couldn’t do. Meanwhile, their dog’s barking bothered other guests. The room was decent, but that was overshadowed by all of the other negative things in our experience.

  Call before you reserve a stay! Long, overdue weekend getaway for local festivals & Bills Game! The Best Western was part of our treat to ourselves. Our room was spacious and clean. Just missing a couple wash cloths. The staff Is warm and accommodating. I wish I had written each by name to appreciate them individually. The Continental breakfast is a wide, hot variety with a waffle iron and batter for guests to use, very fun.... Nice warm start to the Bills Game. Great little city for our long weekend. A great price/value. We will absolutely stay again. I am giving 5 stars that the hotel well earns! Unfortunately there was a youth hockey team in our hall. Possibly all of the halls? The team and children were not unfortunate! The adults & parents were terribly rude. The young children... maybe 8 to 10ish yo along with younger children and toddlers were often unsupervised running and playing hockey in the halls. I nearly tripped on a ball that they were passing. I asked the children to please not practice in front of our door. The children were polite until encouraged by the adults that they could practice any place they wanted. The parents were nasty and bullied every time we asked that the children not practice in the hallway. We ate breakfast in our room. The team adults were clearly unwelcoming. I saw the parents in a large group being confrontational with a Desk Lady....in front of the children. The parents were drinking and playing beer pong in the dining area while their children were still running around unsupervised Friday night/Saturday Morning at 12:37 AM when I took the stairs to the dining area for hot tea. The hall from the second floor and restroom near the desk smelled of marijuana smoking/vaping. Shame on you "Team Leadership"! I hope your children had a wonderful tournament without picking up YOUR POOR BEHAVIOR!
