  This facility is truly service oriented. I am an event production manager and the staff at Auburn exceeded all expectations. Honestly the best staff of any hotel I have worked at. Everyone had the attitude of "yes" we can make that happen. The restaurant staff was friendly and funny! Joy to stay at Holiday Inn Auburn. Great maintenance crew as well! Holiday Inn has a location to aspire to.

  Such a great stay! The restaurant staff is so friendly and helpful and the front desk people are amazing! The rooms are nice as well. We had a balcony room there and had a lot of fun people watching and going down to hang out I'm the pool! Highly recommended!

  Perfect balance of comfort and cost. The rooms are clean, the facilities are clean, even the pool is crystal clear. Everything functions as it should and the staff (from maintenance to front desk) are incredibly kind and accommodating. Also a really interesting view of the historic Auburn Correctional Facility, which is the oldest continuously operating maximum-security prison in the US. Worth checking out, especially for the price!

  Staff here is beyond compare- Kind, professional and accommodating. The service at breakfast was wonderful (thanks again, Mindy!) and the food was great too. It's an older building but the whole place was spectacularly clean and has many recent updates. Keep up the great work!

  This is a great hotel for an event. The center atrium with the pool, balcony rooms, and open areas makes it wonderful for immersive performances and socializing, with multi-level view options. The side ballrooms and boardrooms are good for dining, breakout rooms, vending- whatever you need. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating to unique needs and circumstances, such as keeping a bunch of fridges stocked with water for event attendees, assisting with signage when hanging needs were JUST out of reach, and being at the ready to help. The bar was really jumping during my event and the restaurant staff were wonderful at handling an active and enthusiastic karaoke crowd. I always sleep comfortably at Holiday Inns and this one was no exception. Having both firm and soft pillows in my room was nice, along with a flexible table set up where I could work and dine if need be. The room has a mini fridge and a microwave which can additionally plug into. My room was on the second floor and happened to be accessible so had a step-in shower with some grab bars and a low placed toilet. Everything was clean and for the length of my stay I found the towels sufficient. Big bonus points for them having a black Makeup washcloth so I didn't feel as bad smearing my face on a white washcloth. As is becoming standard the lotion, soap, shampoo, etc are attached in bulk bottles to the walls so there's an ample amount available while also having less plastic waste. The location itself is great- a ton of parking on site so non-hotel attendees can park easily, but also a bunch of things easily within walking distance. Downtown Auburn is only a few blocks away with a grocery store, theatre, government buildings, bars, restaurants, breakfast, and retail all readily at hand. It's really nice to be at a centrally located hotel like this. I would definitely recommend staying at or having an event at the Holiday Inn Auburn-Finger Lakes.
