Shobha in particular went above and beyond, from before we even arrived, to ensure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The rooms are compact (normal for this very central location) but good in facilities and super clean. The staff service alone would make this a strong strong recommend. Shobha and the team are a credit to voco and the wider IHG brand.

This place is a hidden gem I was surprised to find out there’s a hotel like this in Astoria. The staff was super nice and the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Shobha helped me during my stay and she was the sweetest! She was very dedicated and detail oriented and her recommendations were great along with making sure my family was okay, and had great conversations with us! The location is also really convenient with a 24/7 grocery store nearby and the train right across the street. I’ll definitely stay here every time I visit NYC!

The rooms were cleaned daily and spotless, and there is a metro station out of the hotel. The rooms are well equipped and the room service also great. Will definetly come again!

The rooms are clean and well designed, the bathrooms spacious with a warm, hot shower with great water pressure, the staff is sincerely friendly, the on-site bar and restaurant also has an amazing staff, not to mention vibe, service, drinks, and food. We stayed on the 6th floor looking down on the Subway and out over the city, it is a beautiful view, and I never heard the trains when I was trying to sleep. I will stay here forever whenever I am in the city. So glad they are finally here. Thank you Voco!

Very convenient location near stores, restaurants, public transportation, LGA airport and so much more. The guest agent Shauna was a delight. She was very friendly, answered all our questions. Helped with setting up activities for my children and provided a lot of feedback for things to do. I would stay here every time I visit the city. The place was very clean and smelled so good. Decor was super cute and the restaurant has phenomenal breakfast. If you're in the area please do yourself the favor and book a room here.
