Unprofessional Poor customer service
I called the hotel ahead of time and informed staff that I am under 21, but that I would be staying with someone over 21 who would be checking in and paying. I was told by Nathan that this would be fine.
When I arrived the female front desk staff gave opposing information. One male staff member stated that I could not even stay at the hotel because I am 20, which contradicted what I was told earlier.
The front desk attendant showed no empathy and was not willing to offer a solution, and did not help with other options. I was also incorrectly told that I would not be eligible for a refund although I was being denied during check-in.
Given my background in customer service, I found the managment of this situation unprofessional. The lack of consistent information, empathy, and problem-solving is poor considering basic hotel’s service standards.

I do not recommend this place. I was charged full price when I booked and then they charged me again when I checked in. I was told I would be refunded and it has been almost a month with no refund. I have called four different times and been told I would be refunded and called back by the manger each time. No one has helped me.
I stayed for only one night and they only gave us a quarter a roll of toilet paper and none of the lotion or soap dispensers were filled. This place is not worth the money.

Smelly hallways. Smelly/Dirty room. Easily found trash/litter from previous guests in our room. Conditioner and body wash bottles were empty upon arrival. Room was filthy. Entire hotel is due for renovation.
