The staff took good care of whatever we needed, but honestly we didn't need much that wasnt already provided. The customer service was great. Shania at the front desk was awesome. She made sure our stay was comfortable and took a personal interest whenever we came to the front desk. She was there when we needed towels, and sheets, and even when my son wanted to print out a coloring page. I have added this hotel to my list of preferred hotels in the area and will be referring visitors here for a guilty stay at a reasonable price. As of our stay, the laundry machines are complementary but be sure to have your own soap.
