I arrived 1 hour after check in time and the room was still not available to me. Room was not clean, no toilet paper in the room, found Blood On My Pillow case, coffee filter was used/still in the coffee maker and stove was dirty. Entire hotel and grounds smelled like marijuana. Tried to talk to an up and coming manager/ supervisor and someone was supposed to call me back and never did. Will not ever recommend to anyone

Overall, I rate my experience at 3 out of 5 stars. The customer service provided by Ms. Latay-Sha Moore was outstanding in every way. She consistently had the answer to any question or concern I had throughout my stay, and she deserves commendation for her excellent work. BTW, awesome job on getting me set up on WIFI! The reason for my rating is based solely on the complimentary amenities, which I believe need refinement. During the complimentary breakfast, my friends and I noted a few key areas for improvement. First, I was disappointed to find no whole milk available, which is a staple for whole milk drinkers like myself. When I inquired with the staff, no adequate answer was provided. Second, while the Waffle Station is a welcome feature, the small butter packets provided were practically frozen and extremely difficult to spread on a fresh waffle. I appreciate that one staff member was kind enough to microwave my waffle with the butter on top to melt it. Finally, I also noticed that only sausage was provided for breakfast, and not bacon. I feel it is not ideal to exclude bacon, as it does not accommodate guests who may not like sausage. While the rooms felt a bit cramped, I did appreciate having a refrigerator in the room. Parking was excellent. I hope this feedback is helpful as you iron out these small kinks for future guests.
