  My family and I have been here for a few weeks. The staff is amazing and accommodating. The front staff is the best in the area!!

  We had a very pleasant stay at Staybridge Suites. The staff were warm, respectful, and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which truly made our visit feel comfortable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is how well-equipped the suites are — having a kitchenette in the room is a great perk that sets it apart from many other hotels in the area and makes dining in much easier when you want a simple meal on your own schedule. The property also includes terrific amenities like an indoor heated pool, hot tub, and a well-maintained gym, all of which were clean and in great condition during our stay. We also appreciated the free guest laundry facilities, which are great for longer stays or families on the road. For accessibility, the hotel is generally easy to navigate with multiple elevators, well-placed handicap door buttons, and wide enough doorways for mobility devices. The brand even lists ADA-compliant accessible rooms and roll-in showers as available options — though we did have an issue where our request for a roll-in shower wasn’t honored, and we received a tub room instead. It’s worth double-checking your room preferences with staff when booking to make sure your accessibility needs are met. The significant downside for us was housekeeping service on weekends — apparently rooms aren’t serviced over the weekend unless specifically requested, which was a major inconvenience during a busy stay. Another thats worth noting if your being a pet or service animal in the winter the area outside to bring your dogs out to the bathroom wasn’t shovel at all which made it quite hard at times especially when theres a lot of snow on the ground. Because of this, our rating is two stars lower than it might otherwise be. Overall, we enjoyed our stay — excellent staff, strong amenities, and good accessibility — just make sure to confirm any special room needs and housekeeping expectations ahead of time!

  Overall, the experience was disappointing. There were children everywhere, which made it difficult to enjoy the amenities, especially the pool. There was no designated adult-only time, which would have made a big difference. We also received multiple calls to our room despite not being loud. Considering the price, it was frustrating not being able to fully enjoy what was offered. I likely wouldn’t book again.

  Paid 200 for 1 night, tried to enjoy our stay, got called by the front desk for a noise complaint, on top of being unable to enjoy the pool or hottub due to the high amount of children. Now I dont mind kids, but I booked this hotel for the same reason, they should have an adult hour, where only adults can enjoy the amenities. Kids in and out of the hottub and splashing and jumping is all fine but 9 to 10pm should be 21 and older with ID to enjoy the amenities I paid for. Birthday parties and 10 pizzas in the pool area isn't inviting. Getting noise complaints for enjoying my room isn't acceptable. We wouldve enjoyed our time alot more if it was more adult friendly at least for a designated time.

  I have left another five star review in the past. But this morning they exceeded our expectations on customer service. We stayed for a number of days here because of the impending blizzard that hit the area. So this morning when I looked out at our snow covered car and all of the rest of the cars in the parking lot, I knew I had my work cut out for me. Well, the snow crews worked throughout the night on the parking lot driveways the vehicles in the lot all had over a foot of snow on them. We aren’t checking out until tomorrow so I thought later today I would bundle up and go out to clean the car off. I was watching them use snowblowers on the sidewalks and noticed what I thought was another guest brushing the snow off of their car. After he was finished that car he started on another car on the far side of the lot. I then assumed he was staff cleaning off other staff cars from the overnight shift. But joyfully I watched as he came over to our car and proceeded with brushing our Calligraphy off and saving me the hassle later. I called the front desk to compliment them on excellent customer service. While I am a Diamond level member of the IHG brand the employee did not know that and proceeded with brush of the remaining vehicles. Bravo Staybridge Suites!
