I've always wanted to stay at the plaza in the city but since we couldn't make it there this trip she got us a room here. Big disappointment. The rooms are not up to plaza at all. Paint chipping in the bathroom, rough ripped blanket, covers that don't fit the mattress entirely so when you roll over they come with you. The air vents are dirty so it doesn't work very well. The windows don't lock so you get air through them. No microwaves unless you rent them for more money. They only offer free coffee for guests for a hour in the morning ,then you have to pay at the horrible restaurant they have. My wife and I felt sick after eating in mr.d's. I expected way more

Plenty of parking for them, hundreds of guest rooms, and also local airport travelers. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise in terms of menu breadth. However it also was packed, so as a result they were understaffed.
- AAAmandaNov 6, 20255.0Went here for a Student Conference. I stayed 3 nights and would love to go back! Hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating! My one light wouldn’t turn off so I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance worker who was very kind within 10 minutes. He switched out the outlet and was done in 10 minutes. The restaurant attached is really nice with a great menu. The food was delicious and they have a great happy hour menu as well! I really enjoyed the gym there. Very clean and had great equipment. They also have bottles of water and towels in the gym. I loved the layout of the hotel, it’s very spacious and gorgeous!!
