- MTMyron Thurston4 days ago4.0This is a great hotel. I was there for a conference with a few hundred people and everyone fit comfortably in the main conference room, we had plenty of space for lunch there, and room to have several breakout sessions. The rooms themselves are a bit dated. The ice machine didn't work and two of the plugs between the beds didn't work. Other than that it was great. Clean rooms for reasonable prices for Albany and you can see that they are in the process of refreshing the hotel. They appear to have upgraded many of the common areas already.
- BSBill SmithMar 8, 20261.0Manager was a chauvinist. Room was missing the coffee maker. We were placed at the loudest part of the hotel because the manager believes females are beneath him.
- AFAmanda FogartyMar 1, 20263.0Had a pipe burst in our house, had to book over the phone last minute. On the positive side, they allowed pets which was great. When I arrived on site I was told there was an extra $90 feet for my small dog which blind sided me as I asked several times through the booking service. Ok fine, THEN there was an additional incidental fee of $75 (they informed me that was refundable). 11pm with two kids and a small dog, what choice did it have. Finally made it up to the room unpacked and settled, the fridge didn’t work and the toilet was clocked, I called and they switched us to the next room immediately. Next day I tried calling the restaurant several times, no answer. Also no clear instructions on room service or where to find a menu. Called the front desk and they told us they would call us back directly. Finally got a call back from a lady that did not sound like she liked her job and made me feel like and inconvenience. Giving it 3 stars for the amount of extra fees I endured and the lack of any communication and kindness from the staff.

I would recommend this place to everyone. The rooms were impeccable warm and clean. It was an amazing weekend there. I would go again. Garden center was amazing
