There seemed to be a high level of attention to detial ingrained in their work culture. I think the excellent service is what made my experience so great. I very much appreciated the protien smoothies on the breakfast menu. I wish more hotels offered them. The atmosphere is very quaint, which makes the vibe unique and fun. I loved the koi pond, the inside courtyards, fountains, and live plants throughout the facility. The hotel is close to the train station and the capital building.

I have been to a million of these conferences and have meet many hotel employees, but she far exceeds anyone I have ever met. She made sure everyone was taken care of in the most professional manner, greeted everyone with a smile, and has the most beautiful and radiant energy ever. The world needs more of Sophias!

I was there for a conference with a few hundred people and everyone fit comfortably in the main conference room, we had plenty of space for lunch there, and room to have several breakout sessions. The rooms themselves are a bit dated. The ice machine didn't work and two of the plugs between the beds didn't work. Other than that it was great. Clean rooms for reasonable prices for Albany and you can see that they are in the process of refreshing the hotel. They appear to have upgraded many of the common areas already.
