  Walked into the room and you could immediately smell the cleanliness. Im a stickler for a clean bathroom and I had zero complaints. I went around the room and inspected it, I couldn't find anything wrong. I was so happy!! They have an indoor pool which is great for the kids, especially when its cold outside. There is a small casino attached to it but I didnt go. There are several places to eat nearby. The breakfast buffet was pretty great. I love that they had trays, so you could eat in your room. I also loved that they had grab and go bags to get a fruit or muffin, if you're in a hurry. The staff was friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

  Front parking lot is very well lit. Staff are all very friendly and hospitable. Room is nice and the breakfast is good. The biscuit with sausage gravy was excellent, easily the best I've had at a Holiday Inn. Location is excellent. Just off I-80. There's a Chevron right next to the Holiday Inn for gas, and it's less than a minute to get back on I-80. I would definitely stay here again if need be.

  Room was so clean and Beds are so soft and comfortable. I loved it. Room was also quite big. There was also everything you need in Room.

  I gave 3 stars because the mattresses are AMAZING!!! Im sorry to have to say that the rooms although perfectly fine the cleaning is not. It is clearly lacking at every turn. I chose to stay at the Holiday Inn express. I know this brand. I was disappointed. This could be a five star review with the cleaners doing a much better job. Management should have the standards of the holiday inn express, fresh and super clean and male sure the rooms are being cleaned properly or train the staff. Start looking at details. I do not like giving a less than 5 star review. I hope this post helps refocus the Holiday Inn Express clean standards Just because Winnemucca is an old tiny pass thru town the hotel standard and expectations from management should be as high as one working In downtown Monterey California.

  They charged us twice for our room for one night and were absolutely no help just oh well call corporate and figure it out. This place is absolutely not even close to worth $422 dollars a night which is what they charged me. I will never stay at another Holiday Inn or anything managed by IHG again. Absolute crooks
