When we arrived, they had all the doors opened to the pool ( it’s 30 degrees outside), supposedly the pool is heated…… and the hot tub that was in pictures is no longer here. Was looking forward to it on our 7 hour drive.

- CSChristina ShippDec 1, 20252.0Customer service was great. I really cant say enough about how helpful the night time staff was. We had to change rooms for safety. Our first room was ok, old and ran down mostly but the second room had holes in the carpet. The blanket had holes. The roll away bed had dirty linens. The linens left in the room for the pull out bed were also dirty. The poor front desk girl had to run all over to get us just the basics. I felt so bad for her as I know its not her fault yet she was the one putting out the fires the cleaning staff should have takem care of. Went to the pool but it was filthy. The water was cloudy and the ground around the pool appeared as though it hadnt been cleaned in several days. The possiblity of stepping on something nasty was very high. We chose not to swim and take the risk. We are IHG members and the condition of this hotel is the worst weve seen in an IHG hotel. We didnt trust the food based on the cleanliness of other things so i cant gove a review of that.
