Manager and female at front desk rude, not nice or welcoming at all. Argumentative about contract rules with our travel agency. They were snippity and didn't want to enter my member number because it was paid by "3rd party" and we don't get points. Shouldn't be their concern what I get or don't get. She said she found my member number and it was in. Well, it wasn't mine that she found and I had to get that corrected and once again I got attitude. When I got to my room to relax and take a nap after my 350 mile drive, all I hear is a clicking noise. I went down to transfer rooms and I get attitude once more. This is unacceptable and I will not return there again. Now they don't get "3rd party" revinue at all! I will drive further and stay somewhere else, even if it's not a BW!
