  The staff are very nice. Room was nice and comfortable and clean. Location to other casinos within walking distance. If we were to come through Winnemucca again we'd stay here.

  My party of 3 was on our way back from a trip to Washington, after driving for about 13 hours, we were beyond happy to make it to our hotel. We had a trailer attached to our car, since we were helping a friend move and we had a couple choices of where to park that. If it were the busy season i might call ahead to ask since it was not actually trailer specific parking. It was late, almost 1 am but the person at the front desk (Debra, iirc) was ready to get us all set and send us to our room quick and painless. The room was clean and stocked. Both beds looked good. We didnt shower but there were no issues with water from the sink. Although we did think it was a bit funny that there were what appeared to be rfid trackers or something in the towels. The 3 of us hit the pillows and knocked right out. Breakfast was the star of the show for us, love love love the pancake maker, plenty of options for toppings. The little jam jars were a personal favorite. Good eggs and sausage patties on that day too. There was a good selection of teas and the coffee machine had a hot cocoa option which my coffee-hating husband was very happy with. We were asked if we found everything and if we needed anything else. Staff at breakfast was incredibly friendly and sweet. (Sorry I dont remember her name to shout her out). Checkout was just as quick and easy. If I ever need to go through Winnemucca again this will be my first choice.

  Clean and tidy but dated. A little overpriced for the amenity. Rooms spacious, and an awesome shower head though.

  Sewer back up into tub when adjacent rooms have showers and toilets running. We couldn’t shower. The worst part was we stored personal property in shower overnight and found it floating in sewer water when we discovered our items in sewer water.

  The hotel is very dated and definitely needs a remodel to actually be considered a Plus... Staff was very friendly, room was clean, but dated. You'll be safe and sound in a clean room....from the 80's 😄 I can't review the breakfast, it starts at 6am and I left at 5:30am.
