Drive from Denver and while on the road, received a confirmation email. Pulled in and the hotel was CLOSED!! According to a "work stoppage order" from the city posted on the building, it had been closed for at least 3 weeks. Now jumping through hoops to get a refund since their policy is "no refund if not canceled within 24 hours of arrival.". Needless to say, yhe Best Western callcenter was surprised at this but offered NO help ...nice

Call ahead to verify it is open!!
