Couldn't believe it. We got there and the staffer that checked us in was great, but then once we dropped our things in the room it was like we were invisible. No service, not even a greeting. Went to get play cards and were treated to one of the snottiest people I've ever met in customer service she first tried to convince us we didn't want play cards, and then acted as though doing her job was the largest inconvenience ever, then she entered the data wrong and told us we would have to go to the players club desk, then oh no wait she figured it out, basically after almost 20 minutes held hostage by her ineptitude we got one players card and opted out for myself because I didn't want to be there anymore. We Sat at the bar 10 minutes with no interactions at all, no bartender around, no service, just regulars with their drinks that apparentlty were magicked into existence, then we moved to the other bar where we saw more folks with drinks, and the bartender there ignored us pointedly for over 15 minutes just hanging out with her friends or something, and just when we decided to stop losing money on video poker for drinks that were never going to come, she tried to greet us, literally as we're getting out of the seats to leave. Mel's diner was completely as expected and that very basic low-bar fact was the highlight of the trip. We couldn't wait to get out of there. Zero stars if I could. Also it was raining & the "newly renovated" room we stayed in is literally POURING leaking. Idk what kind of renovations this operation is trying to pass off as quality but I know this is going to be a very very moldy place very very soon, and the one night we tolerated having our pockets drained by these jerks we slept too the 'soothing' sound of dripping rain inside the room.

When checking in. I stated to front desk I was there because my diabetes. And If I could have the closest to elevator. Front desk acted PUT OUT. But did put me on 4th floor. The place had remodel tape and yellow hazard tape everywhere. After putting stuff away. I went to get food. Diabetes !!! The elevator that came had tape everywhere it made me panic. So I went the stairs. Which clearly say OK to use. I got stuck in the stairwell at NIGHT with no way out. Had to call front desk and took 20 minutes but then propped door open. Didn’t seem at all concerned that 1 my diabetes and 2 I had extreme panic attacks. Very displeased

Don't go in with high expectations. This is not a luxury hotel. It's a nice hotel with a nice casino and a very good kid arcade. Food choices are limited but good. It's become a family tradition to go in winter as part of a trip to play in the snow

Looking for a nice clean place to stay while in a road trip... this is the place. Staff is so very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were nice and clean with plenty of supplies. The beds could be better, but my husband says he'll take a nice clean establishment anytime. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great time. The hotel rooms are clean and in great shape. Smoke free table games with fantastic dealers make for a fun experience. Tim and Apron were fantastic and made sure we had a good time. The steakhouse is also a great experience. The only issue is that noise passes through the adjoining rooms pretty easily. You can hear just about everything through the door between rooms even when both are closed and locked tight. I turned on a fan to dull the TV noise from the other room and it worked for us, but I could see it being an issue for some.
