- MKMrs KeoweeAug 10, 20241.0Terrible and deceptive check-in process. We arrived early and stopped to see if, by chance, the unit was available. Front desk informed us that our unit was already vacated and they would ask the cleaning service to prioritize our unit. We called back 3 hours later (at 3pm) and were told it would be ready at 4pm (the regular check-in time). Oh well - okay. But, in fact, at 4pm the cleaning service had not even started on the unit. We sat in the parking lot until 5pm when the rooms were finally ready. Honesty up front would have been much appreciated. (NOT the cleaning services fault.)
