  Beautiful location. Maintenance guy was super nice and helpful when he came to fix the bathroom light that didn’t work when we first checked in. However, we are continuing to have issues since we checked out on the 14th. (10 days ago) Before leaving the state to head out to Lake Tahoe I tried to confirm reservations. Our two bedroom villa somehow came up on their system as 2 separate studios. Couldn’t reach the front desk to talk to them directly-so we opted to talk once we arrived. Upon arrival - the lady at the front desk was super nice and was able to get what I paid for after showing her my receipt. She told me not to worry when I asked about the resort fees charge after I paid for the deposit. I said thank you and went to get my keys. A man sat me down and began to ask a ton of questions. He made offers of all of these perks he could give me. I told him right off of the bat that I’m not doing a timeshare. He continued to try to make the sale (which is fine that’s his job). I told him that we wouldn’t qualify and just wanted to check in after a long car ride (9+ hours with 3 toddlers and a preteen) He said “oh you can take your kids too!” He began to ask if we made over or under $150k a year, I laughed and told him I work in social work and it was maybe a third of that. He started asking what my husband brings in. I told him we’re not interested. He continued to push. He began trying to tell me that my parents surely would qualify, I told him that I’m sure they would but they’re not interested. He asked more about them - I let him know that he doesn’t want to try to convince my dad. He asked why not - I told him my dad is belligerent and vulgar when it comes to sales people and I didn’t want to upset the man asking him to participate by unleashing that on him. He threw his hands up and had a bit of a temper tantrum and said “well nevermind then!” And practically threw the key card wristbands and parking passes at me as I was leaving. Stay was okay. They didn’t provide enough dish pods to go after the 3rd day but provided them when I called the front to ask. Upon returning I seen that they charged me just under $180 after returning my deposit. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them since. I was told it’s the resort fees by one person and when I explained the interactions she promised to have a supervisor call me back. It’s been over a week and still no call. I’ve called independently on several occasions before and after that. Each other time I either get hung up on almost instantly, get transferred to the front desk and hung up on. Or my personal favorite - get transferred wait on hold for over ten fifteen minutes and then hung up on. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE RESPECT AND TRANSPARENCY

  There was some noise at night and we couldn't sleep properly. I guess it was the ventilation system. Even though we turned everything off, the noise still didn't go away.

  Perfect for our first ever trip to Tahoe. Beautiful location and great views. Everything was very clean and everyone was super friendly. We had an especially nice chat with the security guard, Wendell, when our room key stopped working. That said, it's not what we expected. We were expecting it all to be 1 large resort/ hotel, but it's actually a rental timeshare/ condo with buildings spreadout over the 11 acres. Our room was a little inconvenient to the clubhouse. We were called on our second day there and asked to go to a timeshare presentation, which was very offputting. Overall, this was a great stay. Will I be back? Probably not. Is it worth renting, absolutely.

  We had a great ski trip at the Ridge Tahoe. Room was very spacious and clean. The building was on top of the mountain with sweeping views of the valley. All staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the outdoor pools and hot tubs. Onsite restaurant and bar were great. The location was very quiet and peaceful

  Its been over a year since we had a chance to come back here. They have updated the rooms. There are a lot if activities throughout the week for kids. Super easy to get back down into tahoe and down to the Nevada valley.
