We were on the 9th floor, the staff had a person on that floor bring them down to me. That was the BEST service EVER. We WILL be back!

- MEMichael EsquivelDec 1, 20251.0There is a serious problem when a hotel has a ongoing problem with noise thats starts up at 5 am and can be heard banging from the washroom and they know about it and they say sorry we can move you if u like, by the time u do that you won't be able to go back to bed, it's one thing if is a one off problem but they know about it and they use" it's not all the time" the worst part is get this, it's a handy cap room and all rooms in that corner of that hotel on every floor is handycap, so they put people who have difficulty moving around in a room that they know can have loud sounds in it and expect these people to just move to another room , i have video to prove this and I ask the cleaning staff and they know about the problem, manger also lied about giving refund for the problem to customer service and it took me calling customer service and other phone numbers to get a refund?, ill be letting everyone know about this shady practice and how the staff don't care or area afraid to do anything except offer a room move. Shame on best western Corp for having this hotel in there system don't go to this or make them aware that they should not be doing what they are doing, hoping the local media find out a out this and let's everyone know
