I had a difficult time sleeping because of the smell. I was only there to sleep a few hours before I cought my next flight leaving early am, otherwise I would have changed rooms. Unfortunately, I will never stay at this place again.

I asked if I could use their fitness room for 1 minute or less to do my one quick set of reps for my physical therapy and they said absolutely not without paying for a room (this was the middle of the afternoon and we were continuing our driving). I understand the many reasons there may be for them saying no. I was still surprised. Clearly the person there hasn't dealt with an injury that requires dedication to your physical therapy to get fully healed. It's my own fault for forgetting to pack my weights. I was just still surprised and definitely now have best western at the bottom of my list when deciding on a hotel when I travel. Not completely removed, as I do understand many of the possibilities for why they would say no, but definitely at the bottom of my list.
