We had a fantastic stay! The room was incredibly spacious — plenty of room to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The on-site restaurant was a highlight. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ended up looking forward to every meal there. The amenities really set this hotel apart. The sauna and steam room were clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to wind down. And the climbing gym was such a unique and impressive bonus — well-equipped and a fun surprise we didn’t expect! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed staying here. All employees friendly, courteous, and professional. The suite was the most luxurious I have ever stayed in. We drank up the coffee provided in the room and they gave us more. Very accommodating. Restaurant served delicious food, delightful service. Great stay.

This is a Great place to stay in Reno. Most of all the hotel has a well-trained staff who is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable with the bed being particularly comfortable. It's located right downtown by the casinos and restaurants. It's one if the few Hiltons that still has an executive lounge with snacks and beverages including a sparkling wine. If I'm ever in Reno again this is the place.

Our stay was good! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parking is located across the street, which was convenient. We didn’t try it, but there’s a cool outdoor climbing wall that’s great for climbing enthusiasts. The lobby was nice and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay in downtown Reno!

My experience was top notch. I was not only impressed with the quality of the hotel, but the cleanliness as well. It smelled clean in reno! No smoke smells, no riffraff! It had a great location, literally about 20 steps away from the legacy, and a Starbucks. Every single person we interacted with was so nice! Even just in an elevator moment. They were friendly and attentive. The restaurant!!!! Blew us away! Everything we ate was delicous!!! We had chicken picatta, the flat bread pizza, and a kids mac and cheese. Plus a bread pudding and creme Brule. We were there for a death in the family but before they knew that, they all were kind. Once I told them that, it was like full throttle. Every single time I spoke to someone, they helped! In fact, my dad said he forgot his charger, so the manager found an employee's charger to charge his phone as he ate his breakfast!!!! Top notch! Hands down best stay I have had at a hilton EVER!!!! Thank you all for your compassion and kindness. 10/10 highly recommend
