If you like to work out early or late, this may not be the place for you. Rooms were ok but aging, I wouldn't walk around at night outside. There was a rockwall gym (which is cool) and regular gym but they are connected and only open from 8am - 10:30pm so you have to plan - especially if you're traveling for work. Staff was nice. Restaurant was good but pricey. I'm unlikely to stay there again.

Tutto benissimo a parte la cortesia drlw personale e la freddezza percepita.. Non come quella consueta degli hilton. In particolare al ristorante della colazione... Poca empatia.

Everything was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, staff was polite and helpful. Location also nice and peaceful. I really enjoyed my stay here. Only one small suggestion — if they can provide one water bottle free of cost in the room, it would be even better. Overall very happy, will surely come again.

Excellent location, you can walk right over to the Eldorado and Silver Legacy and come back to a smoke-free environment! It's so nice to have a beautiful smoke-free hotel in Reno. It's also a very short walk to the Amtrak train station. Love the decor and how clean the rooms are. We have stayed there three or four times now staying in one of their suites and we love it! Our one complaint is that it would be nice if the beds were higher. Other than that, they are very comfortable.

Enjoyed that this was a non-smoking/non-casino hotel. Served our purposes for staying at our conference venue. We stayed in one of their 2 bedroom King Suites - nice, clean, and roomy for our family. Robes were nice and beds comfy. However, we had 2 full bathrooms and ZERO hooks to hang towels on. It’s a total first world problem, but there wasn’t anywhere to hang your towel after showering even though there was ample wall space to install a couple hooks. Just strange for a detail like that to be missed in a $300+/night room. The room also had fridge, microwave, and sink with no cups, plates, forks, or anything at all for reheating leftovers from the restaurant. Be aware that if your room windows face Commercial Way, it’s pretty noisy and loud all night long. Music, cars bass rattling windows, etc. Although it’s a non-smoking property, a few nights our entire floor was enveloped in pot smoke. Overall, it was fine - just thought I’d share a few oddities for your information.
