However, upon arrival the evening of my check-in date, I was denied my room because I had a cat with me, even though I told them I had one over the phone. At the last minute I had to try and find lodging elsewhere that night. Highly disappointed!

The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, and they avoided giving clear or direct answers to basic questions. Communication was frustrating from the moment we arrived. Access keys to the rooms constantly stopped working, which caused repeated inconvenience. Additionally, a security deposit was charged at check-in without clear explanation. There was no transparency about why it was being charged or when it would be returned, which felt very unprofessional. The condition of the room was also unacceptable. The room was not properly cleaned, several lamps inside the hotel were damaged, the coffee maker was broken, and the bathroom sink handle was also not working. Overall, this hotel does not meet basic standards of service, maintenance, or transparency. There are definitely better places to stay. I would not recommend staying at this hotel.

The air conditioned rooms are clean & have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker & free Internet access as well. You can also enjoy a relaxing dip in their outdoor pool.
