  It wins on location; just minutes from the airport. It also has 24hr shuttle. The place itself needs major renovation. it's tired, not dirty. Would I stay again - yes, it's so convenient, and it's not expensive.

  Toilet was not flushed from previous guest, so I'm actually happy the bathroom lights didn't work. I arrived to my room at 1:30AM after 72 hours of flying and almost no sleep. The attendant came up to take a look, blasting metal music out of his phone, wondering what the big deal was. He said I "won't find anywhere better" and encouraged me to leave if I didn't like the place. Followed his advice and didn't stick around to find what else they didn't clean or change. Trust the other reviews and don't stay here even if they paid you to.

  Staying the night of February 20th 2026. No TV and no wi-fi. Front desk said the all hotels in Reno were without tv. I doubt seriously that is true. She said the manager would be in tomorrow, which doesn't help overnight guests at all.

  I want to give you a realistic expectation. For 100 next to the airport it's great. But it is a solid 3. The room would be what you would expect at your grandmothers: old orange wood furniture, popcorn ceilings, lumpy flat carpet, boring artwork. It is pet friendly so be aware you will have a fog bed in your room. It has a somewhat musty smell you get used to. Overall it needs a renovation, but with one you would expect it to cost more right? The only complaint i ha e for the price os the blanket. It is cold in reno, I would expect a comforter not a thin quilt. Aside from that the staff were mid, just workers doing their job, not excited to be there. If I was the owner I would renovate and raise the prices. Overall if you are just looking for a place to sleep I think it suffices.

  Good help is hard to come by: The service here is horrible. On arrival, there was a line snaking all the way past the restaurant. Front desk staff is rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. If this is the only property you can afford to stay at, perhaps you shouldn’t go. Every room I have stayed in has had some deficiency whether broken tile, nonfunctional lights, leaking toilet. And that’s just the problems I remember. This room was booked by my organization. If this is the best they can do(afford) they don’t need my help.
