We had a 2 bedroom suite with full kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a little bit of everything you may need for basic meals. Exceptionally clean and comfy beds. This place is being completely remodeled so everything is new. The breakfast was very basic and nothing too much to praise about. Natalia on the night shift was a gem! We were in need of a couple toiletries and she was able to help us with them, super friendly and sweet as well!

Don’t stay here even if it’s free. The have construction going on and it’s noisy all night long. The front desk is not at all helpful. I requested a room away from noise and elevator but was given one right next to elevators in the middle of the construction. The free breakfast had French fries and eggs that looked fake. On the whole this does not look like a Hilton property. I should have just backed off when I saw the entrance. I thought I was going inside a haunted house.

Absolutely embarrassing and I feel 100% cheated from my Hilton Honor points I used to book this current stay.
Not sure when they started the ongoing construction for a renovation but I didn’t see it when I booked this room last fall. They never gave me a warning or I would’ve stayed somewhere else.
A heads up about construction happening during my stay would’ve been nice.
No pool, no hot tub and no workout room available.
Ice machine on 4th floor doesn’t work.
No access to laundry room with coin paid washer and dryer on first floor.
Only one elevator works and you stick every one on upper floors. The carpet in the elevator is super dirty and just nasty looking.
The television in the room wasn’t working. Someone from the front desk had to get it to work.
The closet next to bathroom has the shelf system not full assembled.
Free breakfast is pathetic.
Not sure if you understand most people don’t eat French fries for breakfast.
Didn’t service my room after I took down the do not disturb sign off door. Then front desk called up and said I needed to request it earlier in the day. Yet, the sign was off the door before breakfast started at 0600 in the morning.
I have stayed here over a dozen times since 2015, but I have no idea what happened to this place.
I would however recommend staying somewhere else!!!
This is the worst stay I have ever experienced while staying at a Hilton Honors related hotel.

This property is under renovation on its way towards transitioning from a Hilton property to a Marriott property as many areas of the hotel are under construction. Upon our visit this last weekend, the room itself was clean, however, there was the issue of little to no hot water. Second, we had people below us call and mention that we were making noise on the floor as well as the front desk when all we were doing was walking on the floor. Come to find out the walls and floors are fairly thin and we could hear the people in the room above us. Third, the dishes were filthy as we had to re wash them in order to use them. The breakfast was below par, as you pretty much had to scour the room for items such as hot water, butter and there is only one two slice toaster. No tongs for the breads, the juice machine did not work and the eggs and potatoes were cold. We picked the Homewood Suites over Home2 Suites and it was a complete disappointment. The only silver lining was the manager was super sympathetic, but everything else was awful. I am under the impression that since they are transitioning over to a different company, they have let themselves go. I travel every week and I am a Hilton Diamond member. Pathetic property.
