We love Homewood Suites and stay at various ones if available in our travels. This location isn't bad, but far enough away from food dining options meaning a car ride is necessary as opposed to a walk. Our room was amazing as usual, but we did have a heard of buffalo staying in the room above us. Breakfast was standard fare. I just wish all hotels had a alternative option to pork-based meats. Not everyone eats pork now days. Just an idea 💡. Eggs were scorched this particular morning, and yet slightly watery. We were on a 2 week road trip and had many hotel breakfasts. This particular one was slightly below average for the comments made above.

We arrived here and immediately things went south. The front desk told us that their "network" was down and didn't know when it will be back on, so he had to walk us to our room to open our door. We left to go out a couple hours and returning, again he had to walk us to our room to open the door. The tv/cable was AWFUL. Couldn't watch any TV. Then the next morning for breakfast, they put out cereals BUT with wrong labels, I brought it to the lady working the area and she said "I know " and pretty much ignored me and walked away. She went to get the dirty dishes near the trash cans and she just slamming the dishes together....need to retrain the staff! Won't be returning.

Definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel, very poorly run imo, staff do their best but seems understaffed and undersupplied, in addition to being poorly maintained. Walls are very thin and the beds are super uncomfortable so don't expect a decent night's sleep here. I actually had a much better time at Extended Stay America, which is a pretty janky hotel so it shouldn't be surpassing a Hilton 🤷‍♂️.

So disappointing, from the moment I arrived, there was a bad odor. The hallway carpets were dirty, and the bathroom floor had hair on it. Check-in took longer than usual, as the front desk was switching between different computers. The internet didn’t work either. I was supposed to stay for three days but ended up checking out on the second day.

All I can say is stay anywhere else. This was the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at and don't bother complaining because nothing will be done. The noise level is crazy. The spa was closed. The water dispenser was broken. Internet is slow. I was told house keeping would come every other day and I did not see them ONCE over my 7 day stay. I went to the front desk for coffee pods and washed my own towels when I did my personal laundry. I have never been so happy to LEAVE from a vacation.
