The fridge compressor was excessively loud to the point we had to unplug it. Reported that to the front desk first evening but desk clerk only took a note; - no offer made to move us to another room. Coincidentally, the the room AC compressor was also too noisy when it kicked in and we had to adjust temp in room up to keep AC from turning on and making noise. Toilet seat was only half connected on one side, hardware was missing from one of the shower doors, and for a place that looks new on the outside, rooms reflect less than the best upkeep; especially notable in bathroom where a section of floorboard was missing. The elevator didn't work properly as everyone who had to use it was very well aware, and many complained about, and the staff also acknowledged the problem. Elevator would stop on 3rd floor, not open, go to 4th floor, not open, and go back down. To get the elevator to open on a floor, you had to keep pushing the open door button as the elevator slowed and stopped at a floor. The second elevator was not in operation. Some staff were less than friendly. First night, we found three towels in our room for our four occupants, and needed two extra as our boys wanted to shower after using exercise room. Asked front desk for extra towels, the clerk checked the back and returned with just one towel, telling us that was all she could find, and that more towels would be clean and available in the morning if we wanted to stop back then. It's the first time I've stayed in this Hilton brand; never again. Nice exterior and nice lobby, but once past the front desk everything goes downhill. Especially as a Diamond member with 25 years staying at Hilton properties, very disappointed with this hotel stay.

I stayed here earlier this year and was met with the utmost unprofessional staff I have ever experienced. I am a Hilton Diamond member, having had 252 nights stayed across the nation this year and this facility is by far the worst. I came to the front desk with an issue with my toilet, stating that this toilet seat appeared broken. I was met with a response of "Well is the seat falling off onto the ground?"
To which I responded excuse me? no its not falling on the ground," to which the response was "well are you falling off?" Again baffled by this response, I was politely said no I'm not, I then proceeded to show her the pictures to which she said "Well I can't do anything about that, I'm not a plumber." Then she asked if I could leave the line so she could help other guests.
I'm a traveling doctor, and had traveled up to Reno to take care of this community and I wasn't even spoken to with an ounce of decency. As I left the front desk, the guests behind me apologized to me for my experience. What a thankful gesture by Reno hospitality for coming up to their city and taking care of their community.
And please, if I'm being dramatic about the condition of the toilet seat please someone set me straight. Mind you this room was also 200 per night, stayed here for about a week.

We stayed one night on December 13th for the amount of $165 and a $50 deposit. As of today, we've been charged $545. We left the room in almost perfect condition. We've been told at one point the additional charges that are pending would be returned to us in minutes by front desk, including deposit. It has been 10 days since and they've actually charged more since the first day. The most recent information we've received is that the payment had been declined, however, I've never heard of a declined payment removing money out of the account. So now, what was supposed to be a $165 charge is now more than 3 times the original amount and we've been given the run around as to who is responsible and who can help.
Clearly, not only would we not recommend but we definitely would stay here again. Would give a 0 if possible.

My first bad experience at home 2
Suites .
When am just traveling for work and is a quick in and out trip I stay at home2 however this was a first time in Reno and I will never stay here again .
Pillows are hard , bathroom was dirty air conditioner wants working they change me to another room still the same . The manager say she couldn’t do much about it.
The lobby person wasn’t so helpful when I ask for extra blankets since it wasn’t gonna have the heat on I need it to make sure I was warm enough to sleep.
He give me one sheet and say that is all they have ….. I was just in shock it was the worse sleep .
Breakfast was good your typical continental breakfast.
