I’ve stayed at another Home2Suite and this stay by comparison wasn’t as good. The fold out couch was messed up and didn’t work properly. Said couch was stained and kind of gross. The pillows smelled a little funky. Also when I arrived at 3:30 my room wasn’t ready which was kind of annoying since check in is at 3. There was a trash bag outside of the hallway trash, which made the hallway stink.we let the front desk hoping someone would come and take it away. They didn’t, they waited until the housekeeping team come in the morning for them to deal with it.

Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a Hilton property.
Rude front desk agent when asking for early check in/late checkout (same agent on 2 different days).
Power was out for 2 + hours so had to be let into my room at 4 pm. No big deal. 5:30 or so the power comes back on. I get a call to come down and check in. I do so and pay for the room. Still no key at this point. Told to wait until the system is back up. I give a call at 8 to ask if it is up. Nope, the agent told me with a laugh and a very insincere apology. Finally at about 10 pm, I get a call that it is working. I was in bed at this point so I took their offer to bring the keys “right up.”
20 minutes later I finally have the keys for the room I paid for 5 hours prior. A horrible nights sleep due to the key fiasco.
The room and hotel were fine. The breakfast was good and the worker for the breakfast was helpful and friendly. If they retrained their front desk staff this would be a great hotel. Can’t control the power going out but you can control how you treat your customers.

Front desk receptionist was nice and accommodating when my first rooms A/c didn’t work. She immediately put me in another room. The 3rd floor hallway felt like a sauna walking through it and smelled of mildew. The room was clean but the a/c unit rumbled like I’ve never heard one sound and this was the new room with it working. Just for a newer hotel in the area I was surprised at the rundown feel of the hotel already. Staff though was great.

Good hotel overall, but there’s literally never anyone at the front desk. Checking in, I sat and waited for 30 minutes for someone to arrive. The cleaning staff were present and tried helping but couldn’t find anyone either. Same story happened almost daily - I received packages often and it was a pain to find someone working here to help me.
It wasn’t any particular staff, it seemed like all of them have the same habit of being impossible to find. I’m now standing here again for 15 minutes already at the front desk waiting for help to get one last package before I check out this morning…
