    They didn’t have an extra blanket in the room or even at the front desk. Room was clean and as expected for HIE.

    I have been a member of holiday inn for years and have always loved each and every one that I have visited. It is my go to Hotel when traveling. However I was highly disappointed in this hotel. I was charged a deposit which no other Holiday Inn has ever charged before. A parking fee. The breakfast was very disappointing. We got to breakfast on the later side which has never been a problem before. The eggs were watery and soggy. The biscuits were burnt. They had no cinnamon rolls which have always been my favorite and all the tables were dirty. The person that checked me in was very rude. Right next to the office you could hear the staff talking so loudly through a closed door, it just seemed inappropriate.

    I love this hotel... we are and we're here for my husband's job... best breakfast ever!! Always have fresh and hot food and always clean. Their team of employees are amazing. And im the pickiest person in the world. Happy Holidays yall

    Fire alarm battery sounded off at 2 am no sleep working evening shift finally 7am got to tell someone they said someone would be up to fix it. Never came battery still chirping when to desk at 930 . Said some one would be up. I asked when I needed sleep and a shower made her finally ask someone (she wasn't going to) pretty upset at this point) comes back from office area and says they will be up shortly. Not happy i walked away. Housekeeping comes with ladder tells me she has a battery and will change it and says no maintenance was in today. Wait what???!!!!! Anyway poor thing trying to replace battery i still had no sleep or shower and had to work in 4 hours. The battery didnt work i suggested she shrugs and says she didnt know. I said cant you shut it off? She climbs back up the ladder and removes it. Now I am sure there are out of code not having a fire alarm but I had to prepare for work. Oh this did make it stop! Horrible night for me for sure. Won't stay here again!

    This whole place is so clean that they have to add the stickers to the windows so people don't run into them. I am really enjoying my stay here. The breakfast is standard here and not above and beyond like a few other IHG locations. Some road noise but I dont mind it. Super friendly staff. Kinda outta of the way so not much street action going on. My room has a jacuzzi and it is definitely nice after a long day.
