There was no hot water in the shower for the duration of our stay and although we talked to the front desk 3 times, nothing was done, they were not able to fix the shower or offer a different room. This was winter time and we came for skiing and sledding so hot shower was essential after a cold day on slopes. This was very disappointing and that’s not what you expect for $200+/night. The hotel also advertises that it has hot tub/spa while in fact it doesn’t, they removed it in October 2025. The hotel itself is nice and has good breakfast.

The only complaint is that I asked for a top floor and was told it was undergoing construction so I would be on a lower floor with no one above me. However there was loud stomping and pounding above me at night.When I reported this to the front desk twice, she said she would check the floor but didn’t ask them to be quiet because she didn’t hear anything from the hallway. When I asked in the morning to speak to the manager I was told he was busy and no effort was made to apologize or compensate me. The customer service here doesn’t seem to be up to par.
