    I had a pleasant stay, but I need to highlight something. While I was waiting for my husband to do the check-in, i sat down in the dining area (around 6:00pm). All of a sudden, one dog came closer to me. It was leashed but the owner (a kid around 9–10 years old) just let it loose and didn't guide it. I was totally shocked and honestly, I didn't like it because I have an allergy. To the management, I hope you can take this matter seriously. Please don't allow any pets to play in the dining area.

    Disappointed experience all around. I expected much more from check in, room quality, and overall experience. What a let down. I’ll pick a different hotel next time.

    The room and breakfast was fine. The issue is that they charged me two times twice so make sure to double check your credit card statements. The booking was a Hilton Advance Purchase, but upon checkout, they charged the same amount again on the card I provided for incidentals. After reaching out to have this corrected, they reversed the charge but then added the same charge to another credit card on file with Hilton. I can understand mistakes being made but double charging the room twice on separate credit cards is not acceptable. These are on my business cards that have tons of charges so it could easily have been missed.
