Affordable stay in the quiet part of town… the rooms are a bit dated and the walls aren’t soundproof but it’s comfortable overall.

Nice rooms, pet friendly, and the customer service was great. The best thing though was the amazing breakfast that was offered. You absolutely could not walk away hungry unless you choose to.

Unfortunately, our stay here was a huge disappointment. We booked a handicap-accessible room to be close to the hospital while caring for a relative after surgery, but the room was nowhere near ready for guests.
When we walked in, there were buckets, tools, paint, and a chair left behind from maintenance work. I asked if the room was actually ready, but the front desk said it was fine and that the items were just “left by mistake.” Not a great start.
Things got worse when we checked the bathroom — the handicap shower seat was damaged, the shower itself didn’t seem properly maintained, and there was a strong odor that made the bathroom unpleasant to use. When I went back to the front desk, I was told the manager wasn’t available and that no other accessible rooms were open.
For a hotel that should be providing safe, clean, and accessible accommodations, this was really unacceptable.
The next morning, I asked to speak with management several times. I was told they were not available to speak with directly. Even when I received the text and stated conditions were poor, I was never contacted; therefore, there was no real effort to fix the issues or make things right, which made an already stressful situation even harder. I had to eat the remaining cost of days and book another adjacent hotel which I highly recommend.
Holding a higher member status didn’t seem to help ant this hotel either.

As Hampton Inns go, it’s probably one of the oldest Hampton Inns I’ve ever stayed at. It looks, smells, and feels like an old hotel that hasn’t been well maintain.

I always look for hotels with a hot tub as I have a bad back and it helps me sleep. Both the Hilton APP and the web site lost the photos of the hotel with a nice pool and hot tub. Arrive check in and the hot tube is filled out and covered up with concrete. This did not happen overnight. Fix your photos as it is false advertising and too late for me to get a refund.
