  Over all everything was great. Smoke ventilation could've been better, ate at multiple restaurants and they were all great. I had to leave on short notice and was running out of the door to catch the airport shuttle and it left without me. The valet Claudia Soto saw this and grabbed a vehicle and personally drove me to the airport. Very impressive. That's the type of customer service that stands out and sets others apart from the rest.

  Customer service at its best! They really try to accommodate special requests compared to other hotels. They seem more compassionate in my opinion. Indoor pool is great! Love the buffet. However, we did not like the food at the fun center and the employees show the complete opposite of the test of the hotel. I would give that place 0 stars if I could. For a kid friendly place the workers there need a class on how to interact with the public. One of our chicken burgers was like a hockey puck, fries were bland and service was very disappointing 😞

  After recently visiting Las Vegas and staying at the Bellagio I am grateful we have the Atlantis in Reno, the atmosphere, food and game floor are far superior than most of the strip Casinos. The food availble at Atlantis is a no contest. My family and I love the Atlantis. Clean, friendly staff, and inviting. Thier baked goods are a must try as well! The only recommendation I can make is the arcade definitely needs some help, the games are usually out of order and/or out of date.

  I visited Atlantis Casino last week and was extremely disappointed by the experience. Right away, I noticed they had lowered the entry barriers, allowing anyone to walk in freely. As I arrived, I saw several homeless individuals securing their belongings outside their property before entering the casino. While playing Ultimate Texas Hold'em at one of the tables, a homeless man was seated next to us. It was clear the pit boss and security staff were unconcerned. I then walked over to the high-limit area, only to find that the high-limit tables had been removed and replaced with more slot machines—likely a sign that business has declined significantly. It seems the casino is struggling so much that they’re now allowing homeless individuals to come in and play. I would not recommend visiting this place. The atmosphere was unpleasant, and I left feeling disappointed. What was advertised online as a relaxing getaway felt more like a visit to a shelter.

  Terrible, stood in line 45 min for their $60 buffet then had to leave to get a players card to "prove" I was a veteran to get 10% off. I'm a trucker and walked 7.5 miles here just to enjoy that buffet. But want it gets better. So I decide ok the buffet I waited 1 hour in line to eat at that had all the great reviews... Yea crab legs that were cold and "mushy" oysters that were tiny and tasted "off" I'm from the gulf and I know what fresh seafood taste like this was bottom of the barrel. Steak that was overcooked and prime rib that was cooked perfectly but had 0000000000 zero I mean zerooooo flavor. Total disappointment. For that price it should have been much better! Casino: So after my stomach wrenching meal I go to play some slots. Well needless to say $500 in the hole I finally get that "up to $500" Freeplay 🤣 all $10 of it. Total gimmick marketing but that's to be mostly expected but.... Machine froze wouldn't work after 30 min waiting on a tech I had to go withdraw $20 extra bucks from the ATM and pay the $4.99 fee plus $2 from my bank so $6.99 just to get my $10 Freeplay. BUT IT GETS BETTER!!! I go to Starbucks to use my BIG HIGH ROLLER COMPS ALL $1.50 COLD ASS COFFEE THEY EVEN STEAMED IT TO TRY TO GET IT HOT!!!! BAD FOOD, COLD COFFEE AND A BITTER TASTE IN MY MOUTH ABOUT THIS PLACE. Atlantis.... Convince me to come back??? The staff were friendly and professional but it's obvious from their demeanor and body language that they know this place is not doing good.
