  You would be a certified fool to put one dollar in a slot machines at this casino. I’m sure you’ve all gotten offers for two free nights whatever you better off paying for the nights and not gambling at this place sure every model of the rooms they’re nice, but they sit there slot machines at probably the lowest possible payout love by law. I played five different machines between $2.50 and three dollars. I’ve got a few bonuses the highest bonus paid $57.40 so they gotta pay for those rooms that remodeled you better off going to grand Sierra or Peppermill but stay away from this place if you get one slots

  Atlantis Casino lives up to its name. I love the all you can Eat sushi (in the glass bridge) that spans over South Virginia Street. The steakhouse is delicious as well (though got very sick after eating the seafood tower). The rooms are very nice and spacious. Never experienced the concierge floor. I enjoy the rooms that face Mount Rose over downtown. Definitely opt for a high floor, the elevator comes with a view. Casino floor is wide open and tons of slots and table games. Staff are very friendly and seem to enjoy their work and interacting with hotel guests and casino patrons. Definitely recommend.

  The casino itself is terrible. If you are going for a casino experience stay away. Bahamar is only slightly better. Drinks are slow even when tipping well. The games payout fairly well if you bet enough, but lower bets just east your money IMO. The reason for the low review is that the ATMs are often not working and I’m order to get a cash advance at the cash cage you have to pay $79,50 USD even when they know that al the atms are not working.. not just for me.. for everybody. Crazy. We paid for a taxi to go to the casino and couldn’t even play. Bring cash from elsewhere, or play elsewhere.

  While playing poker the evening of 3 January I was verbally abused by a player. I reported this abuse to the poker room supervisor who refused to kick this player out. When this supervisor was informed of one of his dealers being verbally abused in the past he immediately threw the customer out without hesitation. This is the same supervisor who told a customer to “get out of my face” when the customer had a very legitimate complaint. This is not the first time I have been verbally abused in this poker room. Other poker rooms would shut down this kind of behavior. I previously talked to Cheraz Ecker who was the general manager of the Atlantis at the time about the way the poker room was managed. She took my concerns very seriously. She no longer works at the Atlantis. I don’t know who is covering for who in management, but it is clear these problems will not be solved.

  We used to stay at this hotel when we were living in another state. I do not remember anything bad or outstanding about the room. For the last two years we live in town and we came here to watch the football game and play crabs for a few hours each time. The service is fine but I do not know why they do away with live music after Covid. We spent New Year Eve at another place for this reason. The quality of food at the Manhattan and the Chinese restaurant Red Bloom have gone downhill. Today I had some chicken from Red Bloom and it was terrible. The upstairs seafood restaurant and sushi bar are good but I cannot have seafood every time I come to watch the game. At the Sportsbook area, they used to serve hotdog but recently they took it away from the menu. Football, baseball games without hot dog ?
