I lost my ID at the airport and the original hotel refused to check me in. I had my ID uploaded onto Apple Wallet, and the original hotel refused that too and did not offer any help with contacting other hotels. I was traveling alone, had never been to Nevada before, and did not know anyone there. I was practically in tears thinking I had nowhere to go. The receptionist at this hotel was so kind to me. She answered my panicked call at 1am, and said they would accept my Apple Wallet ID. I got a room for two days while I sorted out the ID issue. I am so grateful for how nice and accommodating they were to me. Along with the excellent customer service, the hotel itself was very nice and quiet too. Highly recommend this place.

Sehr netter Service, sehr große modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Eine supernette Dame am Empfang abends, die uns den Tip mit dem italienischen Restaurant gegeben hat. Gutes Frühstück, sehr helle Lobby mit Kaffeemaschine, in der man abends auch sitzen kann.

I accidentally left my toothbrush behind, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond by arranging to have it sent back to me through UPS!
