Front desk staff is extremely kind and helped us very quickly when we somehow managed to flip the security bolt behind us as our door shut, thus locking us out of our room. Breakfast is awesome! Hot tub was being worked on from 2/21-2/24 when we were there so we couldn't use, but that happens, so if you're into that maybe give them a call ahead to check.

Sausage links and biscuits were overcooked. Windows need cleaning so you can enjoy the beautiful views. Dawn (working the front desk) was fantastic! She’s friendly, professional and accommodating! She’s a gem! It’s a decent location to access Death Valley NP for a reasonable price.

On the 19th of February 2026, I lost my plush toy (a blue bunny with a orange heart on his torso) which I was with all my life, it means a lot to me and I wish I could just get it back some day. So please if you see this and you get the room 338, could you check under the bed closer to the window, anywhere around it really. If anyone sees it, please please contact me !

It was very neat clean and well taken care of the staff was wonderful and had lots of suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area. Housekeeping was very neat and tidy and replaced our bath towels and straightened up while we were out. The lobby and the coffee area was always nice and clean. The free breakfast was good and very organized and well-stocked and the workers were very pleasant and nice and helpful.
