  We stayed at this motel for two nights in November. The price was surprisingly high, yet almost everything else felt below standard. The entire place seemed old and outdated, as if it hadn’t been renovated in decades. It’s located right next to a major road, so it was noisy throughout the night. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, and the toilet didn’t flush properly—it kept running and making water-flowing noises. The room was spacious, but all the furnishings were worn and tired. There was also a strange odor in the room, throughout the lobby and dining area. The shower faucet delivered uneven water flow, and the temperature was unstable. The bed was far too soft; at under 150 lbs, I sank into it immediately. The bedding and towels looked like they had been used for years. Even the luggage stand was tiny and could barely fit a carry-on suitcase. Breakfast was very basic, and unfortunately some members of our group experienced stomach discomfort afterward. We paid for two nights but our friends found their keys didn't work the second day. Overall, despite the high price, the quality was very poor and the stay was quite disappointing.

  I travel a lot for work and am a platinum member of their rewards club and was denied a room at this location unless I paid a 500 dollar in cash only deposit. No where in my reservation did it say this since I was using my reward points for the room. Front desk girl was extremely rude and pretended to call a manager for clarification. Now iam out 26,000 points as my reservation was non refundable. Travelers beware before booking at this location.

  Rooms were clean, AC worked well. Doors are excessively heavy and the door to our room closed dangerously fast, almost got me a couple of times. Accessible buttons to the main lobby! Exterior one is perfect, interior one was blocked by a plant. I asked them to move it yesterday and upon check out they had not so I moved it myself before leaving. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IT BACK. The space in-front of the automatic door button must be clear in order for someone in a wheelchair to pull up and access it, otherwise it’s kind of pointless. Ramp with handles up to the main lobby as well. The pool, despite being newly renovated doesn't have a lift for disabled individuals. It also has a small 1-2 inch lip into the pool area. The breakfast area is mostly accessible. The counters are a bit too high but staff were very friendly and willing to help. There were a few bar level tables and a few regular height tables..

  My experience was at the Steel Bound Brewery and Distillery which is connected to Best Western! The food is delicious, service is awesome, and the atmosphere is great! I have eaten there twice in less than a month.☺️😋 Servers are fantastic also!♥️

  Just went to the restaurant for dinner but was so pleasantly taken with the authentic dishes and quality if the food. One of the best options in town for variety and atmosphere! Regularly advertises daily specials. I'll be back.
