  I stayed here on my roadtrip. I looked up a hotel that was dog friendly with a low pet fee since I am traveling with my dog. This place had high review and close to freeway. I checked in last minute past midnight at around 12:40am. My room was ok everything looked neat but it was hard to sleep. It was really loud outside from the cars passing by. Also, I kept hearing the water in the toilet running randomly and then at like 3am when I went to use the bathroom I discovered that the ceiling was leaking. I was on the toilet peeing and I kept feeling drops of water on my lower back. Hella disgusting! I knew it was not any toilet water splash and I looked up discovered the ceiling was really water damaged and leaking. I was afraid of mold from the water damaged especially since I have my baby with me and notified the front desk immediately and first thing he asks was if it was leaking a little or a lot. I was too tired to even fuss. Not offered a discount or nothing. We been in car for like 7 hours and it’s 3ish am. We were moved across the hall which was slightly more quiet. Annoying since I switched room at 3ish but Less car noise. I was on first floor so it was helpful taking my dog out but a lot of foot traffic so my dog was anxious. Breakfast had standard sausage, egg and potato. Nothing spectacular. They had waffles and yogurt, plain bagels and bread. No fresh fruit do yogurt topping except apple and banana. Coffee was bland. I wouldn’t come back here by choice. Hotel is old. Also they had a door close up parking but my key wouldn’t work to open it. I always had to walk around to get in when I was unloading my car. It was a pain since they lock doors at 10pm and I checked in late. I had like no rest. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Very quiet. I didn't hear any neighbors. Great breakfast. Awesome view of the mountains. My only complaints would be: 1. the internet is extremely slow. I used my mobile Hotspot as an alternative. 2. The little fridge is not adjustable. It freezes everything. Maybe the adjuster knob was missing? Room 329 Nice stay otherwise. Staff was very nice.

  Hotel rooms and halls were filthy, toilet lid broken, sewer gas coming from sink, noise from adjoining rooms was incredible. The train noise was nothing compared to the plumbing noise throughout. I would sleep in my car before staying here again. I travel extensively and have been a loyal BW customer but I may end that relationship.

  So Ms sandoval.. I left a review roughly 5 months ago. You left your response to the aforementioned as stating you did not consider it a valid review because I was not a register guest, however my family my ex and our son were both guest at the hotel and I was the one paying for the room. My stuff was stolen from the pool area and instead of allowing me to wait for my family ( your guest) by the pool or at least inside you had me wait outside in 110 degrees for them, with nothing more than a small towel.. then eventually I had to have an Uber come to get me and take me to my family because your employees final decision was to call the police. So I'm curious when a family stays at your hotel is the breakfast only available to the individual who's name is on the room.? When a child needs a high chair are you instructed to tell the infant NO YOURE NOT ON THE ROOM, if the wife comes downstairs at 3am to request a pillow do you tell her sorry wake your husband up have him come down so we may give him the pillow.. no the answer is no you do not.. so I'm curious when I was paying for my family to stay here, even became familiar with the hotel staff over the previous 4 days why would you kick me out of your hotel to wait for them in the middle of the summer heat with only a small hotel towel to wear.. then threaten to call the cops and not even attempt to help me with my stolen property.? Do you have an answer that doesn't contradict your previous actions with other hotel guest.?
