  This place is really nice to stay at. The rooms were well taken care of and cleaned up nicely. I liked how big they were. The food was pretty good, just didn't have my favorite fresh oatmeal 😅 The check in staff were super attentive and friendly. It definitely made me feel more comfortable staying there.

  Clean hotel, clean comfy rooms, decent breakfast, nice staff. Our only issue was that the two dog potty areas are not at all maintained. the containers were overflowing with bags of dog poo, and one of the stations had a huge bush growing in front of it, making it inaccessible. We will definitely stay here again, as the location is convenient to get to family we visit. But we travel with two large dogs, and I would really love to see those potty areas cleaned up and made useable next time we visit.

  great rooms for a great price. located a little out of the way but worked great for our traveling family. my only issue, and it was kind of a big issue, is that the pool was down for maintenance. best western really needs to figure out how to post on their site that a pool is down. traveling with a family and with temps in the 90s the pool would have been perfect and is why we chose this location along with the room size and price. it was such a let down when we arrived to find the pool was out of service. this is becoming such a trend at best western hotels that it'll make me rethink staying with them in the future.

  I stayed here on my roadtrip. I looked up a hotel that was dog friendly with a low pet fee since I am traveling with my dog. This place had high review and close to freeway. I checked in last minute past midnight at around 12:40am. My room was ok everything looked neat but it was hard to sleep. It was really loud outside from the cars passing by. Also, I kept hearing the water in the toilet running randomly and then at like 3am when I went to use the bathroom I discovered that the ceiling was leaking. I was on the toilet peeing and I kept feeling drops of water on my lower back. Hella disgusting! I knew it was not any toilet water splash and I looked up discovered the ceiling was really water damaged and leaking. I was afraid of mold from the water damaged especially since I have my baby with me and notified the front desk immediately and first thing he asks was if it was leaking a little or a lot. I was too tired to even fuss. Not offered a discount or nothing. We been in car for like 7 hours and it’s 3ish am. We were moved across the hall which was slightly more quiet. Annoying since I switched room at 3ish but Less car noise. I was on first floor so it was helpful taking my dog out but a lot of foot traffic so my dog was anxious. Breakfast had standard sausage, egg and potato. Nothing spectacular. They had waffles and yogurt, plain bagels and bread. No fresh fruit do yogurt topping except apple and banana. Coffee was bland. I wouldn’t come back here by choice. Hotel is old. Also they had a door close up parking but my key wouldn’t work to open it. I always had to walk around to get in when I was unloading my car. It was a pain since they lock doors at 10pm and I checked in late. I had like no rest. Wouldn’t recommend.

  Very quiet. I didn't hear any neighbors. Great breakfast. Awesome view of the mountains. My only complaints would be: 1. the internet is extremely slow. I used my mobile Hotspot as an alternative. 2. The little fridge is not adjustable. It freezes everything. Maybe the adjuster knob was missing? Room 329 Nice stay otherwise. Staff was very nice.
