- GEGarrett Eyre4 days ago1.0As an IHG Diamond Elite member, this stay was extremely disappointing. We booked this Holiday Inn with no notice of active construction anywhere in the listing. At 7:00 AM, we were woken up by scaffolding noises, workers directly outside the windows, and constant heavy equipment beeping. It felt more like a construction zone than a hotel stay. We should have known when checking in and there was a plastic completely covering our window. When we went down for breakfast, the experience only got worse. There were no forks or plates available, very limited food options, and most tables were left dirty and uncleared. We chose to check out a night early. When we asked about a refund for the unused second night, we were told there was “nothing they could do, they system would not let them.” Extremely disappointed to say the least, next time we will save the money and just stay at one of the casinos…
- RJRico JamesJan 1, 20265.0Thanks to the staff for a great stay. The manager is friendly and helpful, as is her evening clerk. They both are wonderful in getting you checked in and settled. The rooms (3) were all very clean and comfortable, the jacuzzi was also nice to enjoy around 9 at night. The breakfast the next morning was decent, you get what you pay for, the restaurant cashier was very courteous and pleasant. Going anywhere and dealing with people who enjoy the day makes traveling much easier. Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much.

The second room we were moved to had a loud noise with the heating unit that wasn't noticeable until about 2am. The worn out unit kept waking us up all night. I explained the problem when checking out. The two employees at the front desk could not have cared less. Avoid room #422. I highly doubt anything will be done to fix the problem.

- LRLorie RayNov 29, 20252.0We love Holiday Inn. We stay frequently when we travel. We were excited to stay at this newly remodeled location. Especially with the heated pool. Needless to say it was a huge let down. The building was under construction. This however, was not the issue. First off the halls were filthy and smelt like garbage. The hot tub was over chlorinated and made us itch and break out in a rash. The beds were miserably uncomfortable!. The knob to make the shower come on just spayed half the water back into the tub and the split for heat and air would kick on with such force it woke me up everytime and blew cold air while on heat. But if it wasn't running the room became hot very quickly. I was very disappointed by our stay! On a positive note the staff were very friendly and the pool was wonderful and heated.
