  Checked into our room and got a room with 3 bunk beds. Went to talk with the manager and was told that because we chose a "standard room" for two adults they could give us any room they had available and this was all they had left. We didn't get a discount room. This room was $300 for 1 night. Unfortunately it was the only room left in town. The beds were small and hard. We couldn't even sit up without hitting our head on the top bunk. What hotel would ever put 2 adults into this room without 1st advising them. Great room for a bunch of kids but don't put adults in a room like this! Very disappointed in the manager for not acknowledging my dissatisfaction.

  Pros: •Room had plenty of built in storage. Cons: • A/C unit restrictions did not allow you to get room to a comfortable/cool temperature. Overall: Not being able to get the room to an acceptable temperature is a deal breaker for me.

  The look and feel is that of a 1990's resort remodel where all of the decisions have been made at the corporate level by people who would never stay at a IHG resort. It just doesn't stand up to the standards of other IHG resort properties. The staff is 5-star. The food is 2 star. Breakfast is awful. Think prison food served with exceptional service. The rooms are 3 star. They are clean and refreshed, with new carpet, paint, fixtures, etc... but dark and dreary. The pool area is small. It's clean. Way too small for hosting soccer tournaments. The property isn't offensive. I think IHG has over sold on the amenities to create a certain kind of value. I can see the vision. The gym is on par or above average. I think with a high total investment this property would meet the IHG standard. Again, doesn't match the standard of other IHG properties.

  This hotel far exceeded my expectations! The rooms were fresh and clean, with a nice view out of our window! I was pleasantly surprised wit the athletic grade hot tub that was clean, warm, and athletic, damn near Olympic grade jets were amazing after a long day of travel. We crashed for the night then were surprised again when we went to get our $4 additional to our room all inclusive breakfast the next morning! All of the food was fresh, and all of the food options had their calories listed! They had real eggs, real bacon, and oikos Greek yogurt!!! They are doing some remodeling to the building but that is a very small inconvenience for the quality you are getting. I would absolutely recommend and would even return!

  This place is a joke. They charge $13/adult, 11 and older, to eat breakfast and lunch. Breakfast is no better than continental. The soda machine is turned off for breakfast. Not sure about lunch. Having to pay for breakfast made me not go back for lunch or breakfast the next morning. Apparently the place has been under remodel for months looking at the previous reviews. Then the hot tub switch didn't work. A blah experience. The hotel responds to reviews but doesn't seem to actually put their received constructive criticism to good use. Nothing is better. Never going again.
