We enjoyed this hotel but the kids low toilet was horrible why????? 😳 The bed was firm n comfortable. The room was large and modern. Loved the balcony. Street noise finally let up around 10pm. Left door open for fresh air. First room TV did not work, had to change rooms. Maintenance wasn't in to help us.

Excellent location and balconies are nice for the sunrise and balloon festival. The rooms are large but not well insulated for noise. The staff was extremely awkward and seemed new. The staff handed me a key without a room number sleeve and when I asked her what my room number was she said she couldn't tell me out loud. I had to ask her to write my room number down so I knew where I was going with a blank key as she awkwardly looked at me. She wrote it on a post-it note for reasons unknown and acted like it was a secret. My wife and I were very confused by the experience.

I had a two night reservation booked, paid in full, and was unable to make the first night due to unforeseen circumstances. This hotel marked me as a "no-show" and canceled the entire reservation. When I showed up for the second night they informed me I would need to make and pay for a new reservation, but not to worry, I would be reimbursed for the second nights double charge. I was not reimbursed and the manager is unwilling to work with me or call me back. Very unethical place. I would avoid at all cost, they have nothing beneficial to offer. I'm filing for a credit card dispute and reporting to BBB.
