  We were double charged for out room which was paid for 60 days in advance prior to arriving, booked on the Best Western web site. After getting home we found out that we were double charged for our rooms. Contacted the hotel and was told nothing that they could do and had to conatact Best Western who say that the hotel is a sperate entitity and woul have to be resolved with the SureStay BW in Lovelock. Called the hotel back again and talked to the supposide manager who said i had to contact Best Western and the promptly hung up on me. Then contacted BW and was told that they have up to 5 days to respond to them. SO I WILL NEVER STAY AGAIN AT A BEST WESTERN HOTEL AGAIN. Take my money and the double charge and then dont care about refunding the mistake,

  I've stayed a week recently and checked out in the morning today. The ladies there up until today were on point and they helped me whenever I needed something. When I wanted an extra towel, I got an extra towel. When I needed trash bags, I got them. Unfortunately today, I expected the politeness I've gotten during the rest of the week, but this morning, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and acted very disrespectful. I hope an attitude fix can be addressed, because I wish I could return here again without rude people like the girl at the front desk this morning.

  The rooms themselves were actually in fine condition and the price was very good. We had two rooms - and discovered the one for my mother and daughter had no water!! Talked to the front desk and she suggested my 85 yr old mother walk to the lobby to use the bathroom in the middle of the night (it was 33F out!). After much talking they finally agreed to move her room. That one had water but only one bed! Why would you assign someone to a room without water and not even mention it at checkin? Definitely should have been handled better.
