The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate all of my needs and more during my short stay. I really liked having the text line available for when I had questions about wifi and checking out. The cleaners I interacted with were also very hospitable. The bed was comfortable, the room was super spacious and quiet. I loved having a full kitchen in the apartment style hotel room, particularly having access to filtered water and ice right in the room was a huge plus for me. I also really loved that Platinum did not have a casino in it. It’s nice to come back after a long day or night and not need to walk through a loud, super bright, and overstimulating setting to access my hotel room. Would definitely recommend staying here especially if you’re staying in Vegas for an extended period of time or going to a show at the Sphere! It’s very easy to walk there and skip the craziness of dealing with rideshare in and out of that parking lot.
